“The Lion King” Trailer Launched

Disney magic is all over the internet as The Lion King movie trailer is out. After a heartwarming response to the Jungle Book movie, Disney is set to adapt yet another classic story on the big screen. The trailer has been launched and it has increased the excitement of fans way more than imagined.

The movie will be true to its original story roots which means that the story will be every bit as interesting as we all thought. On top of that, the animations of the movie seem to be out of this world. For a moment I even thought that I was watching the National Geographic channel because everything seemed so real in the trailer.

Here is the official synopsis of the movie which was released along with the trailer:
The movie will be focusing on the life with of Simba who is the son of the lion king Musafa. The story is set in African Savannah where there is an abundance of lion species as we know. Simba obviously becomes the heir to the throne after Musafa but Musafa’s own brother conspires against his nephew. Scar is Simba’s uncle who also like him was once upon a time heir to the throne.

Scar has his own devilish plans and in the process young Simba is exiled. The story is all revolving around the title King of the jungle. Scar wants to take his brother’s place as the lion king and does everything necessary to do so. Meanwhile, Simba grows and makes new friends and allies and ultimately wants to take back what is rightfully his own.

The movie is going to be directed by the same director who was working on The Jungle Book which was a huge success. His name is Jon Favreau, Jon is aiming to bring the best film making techniques to the big screen and make an astonishing and classic movie in the form of The Lion King.

The voice actor cast is also star-studded.

They include Beyoncé Knowles-Carter as Nala, Donald Glover as Simba, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar and Billy Eichner as Timon. The trailer looks awesome, the plot looks absolutely heartwarming and the cast just adds sugar on top of what seems to be a delicious movie in the making.
