A butterfly interferes in his daydream, and he almost falls from a swing. During the process, the tree and everything around him turn into dust.
Duke realizes that it is the result of the Death Incarnate. Alice wonders what His Grace is doing lying on the ground. Duke looks up and finds that he is underneath her skirt and jumps away. Duke reminds her that he told her to stop with the romantic tricks. Alice replies that Duke always reacts so innocently, and it makes her ant to toy with her all the time. Duke realizes that Alice is the only daughter of the head maid at his family’s residence. They have known each other at a young age. In the evening, Duke wonders if his family will accept or his curse will break.
