The Bachelorette Season 18 Episode 6 will bring the top 10 Bachelorettes into the next week of the game. Yes, top 10, another Bachelor has walked out. It was all Michelle’s decision to be clear. The man felt nervousness from the time he pulled off a stunt at the last cocktail party. All of that came out in Episode 5 of this season. We were back in Minessota, and Joe got a chance to use his hometown connection that will help him with Michelle. For the very first time, we also found out why he is so reserved.
Coming to group date, luckily, the men heard what Michelle had to say in the last episode. She felt left out a lot and took her back to some dark memories when guys decided to have fun among themselves. This time around, though, the guys prove that she will never be alone again. In the end, Nayte became the other guy to receive a one-on-one date, but it was interrupted by someone we saw coming. This same guy received a lesson from Michelle and is no longer part of the show. Here is a look at what went down.
The Bachelorette S18 E05 Recap
Previously on The Bachelorette Season 18, we opened up with Michelle meeting her parents and heading off for a one-on-one date with Joe. The hometown date is more of a trip of nostalgia for Michelle probably. She and Joe went to high school to relive some days and play games. At the same time, he tries to get Joe to open up. But he explains why he has always been this way, but from now on, he is trying to connect with some people. At dinner, they get along on their high-school sports stories.
Coming to group date, Casey, Rodney, Martin, Leroy, Rick, Clayton, Olu, Chris, and Brandon receive the invitation. A Viking-themed group date it is. They will be battling each other for Michelle in Vikings costume. Before the competition begins, the men get quite a unique food for themselves. Unlike the last time on the show, when men were having fun to themselves in a slumber party, and Michelle felt left out. Here she was involved and was having fun. So no doubt, coming out in the open and talking about it has helped the men as well as her.
Moving from the group date, Nayte was preparing for the one-on-one date. He was the other person to receive it today. But before she moves to the same, she ends up giving a rose to Clayton for today. He impressed her, and everyone was quite in shock. Coming to Nayte and Michelle’s date turns out it was a group date with Michelle’s girlfriends Allie and Tia joining in. The couple later talked about their past relationships at dinner before Chris came interrupting it.
Chris, for the entire episode, wasn’t really happy with Nayte getting the date card. Especially after everything he spoke about in the cocktail party last episode. Chris meant all of it and thought it was enough. But Michelle talked to him and understood that he was trying to speak for her. She could do it for herself, and she walked him out. Nayte received roses after the date. Chris later left the show, and there were only 10 remaining. Rick, Olu, Brandon, Mark, and Rodney receive the roses to close the episode.
