The closing of Gama Gama begins with The Aquatope on White Sand Episode 12, with Kukuru learning that Gramps is closing the aquarium since he promised the one who built it that he would close it when it gets old. Kukuru went out and prayed that her ideas would work and she would change everyone’s mind. She has managed to stop Fuuka from leaving, But Fuuka thinks about her future. From the latest, The Aquatope on White Sand Episode, Kukuru wakes up early and head to Gama Gama. she put posters that Gama Gama is not closing. Gramps, Fuuka, Kuuya, Kai and Umeyo arrive and wonders what Kukuru is doing.
Kukuru locks herself inside Gama Gama and begins to wonders why they have to close it since it means life to her. Umeyo tried both entrances, but he couldn’t open them. Kukuru thinks acting like this will change Gramps’s mind, and they can continue to work. Kuuya wonders if Kukuru is a kid who gets angry and locks herself in because she is unhappy. Kai tries to talk with her, and Fuuka calls her. But Kukuru didn’t pick up their calls. Gramps suggests they take a day off since there’s nothing they can do.
He reminds the worker that a typhoon is coming and there will be no guests. Kuuya thinks it is a good idea, and he will get time to rest. Gramps heads home after realizing that Fuuka will handle the matter since she understands Kukuru and their age. Kai realizes that he left his room messed up and decides to go to clean it. Fuuka stands at the gate and wonders what Kukuru is doing. Inside the Gama, Gama Kukuru is sweeping the floor and feeding the penguins.

Gramps watches the news and finds that Typhoon 13 will land on Okinawa Island tonight. Fuuka came back since the winds had started to show sing that disaster would begin soon. She serves Gramps tea, but she is worried about Kukuru’s case. Gramps notice that Fuuka is scared and talks about the typhoon that will begin soon. Fuuka replies that she hopes that Kukuru will be home before it starts. Gramps thinks Kukuru will stay there for a night since she is short-tempered, but she cares for the animals. The trio enjoys lunch and realizes that Kukuru will be fine since it is not the first time it has happened.

Fuuka wonders if Kukuru is hungry alone and looks outside and sees that the clouds are becoming darker. Back to Gama Gama, Kukuru enjoys staying with the penguins and keeps them out of hunger. Fuuka wants to leave, and Grams gives her a lunch box after realizing that she thinks Kukuru has no food. The rain begins pouring and Fuuka is on her way to Gama Gama. Kukuru had no clues on what was happening outside since she was busy taking care of the animal.
When she was heading to the storeroom, she heard Fuuka’s voice calling her. Fuuka knocks for Kuukuru to open for her. Kukuru refuse to open and notice that something is weird with Fuuka. She decided to open it and found that there was heavy rain outside. The two get inside and settle their scores while working together. Fuuka gave her lunch, and they cleaned the aquarium. Later after the typhoon that destroys part of Gama Gam, Kukuru accepts that they can close it since they have no money to repair it.

The new arc of idols will begin in the next episode as the two girls head out to become idols to the same Gama Gama. The Aquatope on White Sand will conclude after finish the second arc that has twelve episodes.
