Usually, Games are made into movies, but very few games are made into Anime. For those who don’t have much knowledge of the game series, Tekken is centered on a series of fighting arcade video games developed by Bandai Namco Studios. There have been many films and print adaptations of the series before Anime was the latest in the series. The main games follow the events of the King of Iron Fist Tournament, hosted by the Mishima Zaibatsu. In this tournament, players control a plethora of characters and fight to win and thus gain control of the company. The key plot being revealing the conflict between the Mishima family. In the game, players use their characters in hand-to-hand combat. Apart from Hand to hand combat, players can use blocks, throw moves or even use special movies. When released, Tekken was one of the first games to use 3D animation.

Tekken was created by developer Namco and was first released back in 1994. its sequels, Tekken 2 and 3, were considered landmark titles and was widely received, and as of 2017, the series has a total of 9 entries in the main series, eight spin-offs, and has adapted to three films and into other media.
Since its release, Tekken games usually received positive responses from the critiques and has also been well in sales, as the series has shipped more than 53.5 million units to become one of the best-selling video game franchises of all time also the fourth best-selling fighting game franchise.
Tekken: Bloodline First Look Revealed
Netflix has officially confirmed the Tekken anime with their Tekken First Look Reveal and is coming soon on the OTT platform by revealing the first look poster. While the franchise had been doing great with the games, it still hasn’t got a stronghold in other projects. With the Anime, it is expected that the franchise will be able to expand beyond games.
The anime series will be titled Tekken: Bloodline, where we will see a story similar to the one from the original games that tell the story of Jin Kazama and his journey. When will Tekken: Bloodline will Release?
While there has not been an official announcement regarding the release date of the series, it is expected that we may see the Anime by the end of this year since Netflix has already teased the teaser for the series. We are expecting a release either by the end of this year or by the beginning of next year.
Other than that, we don’t know about the crew and the studio behind the production. What we know is that the Anime is based on games. As the synopsis of the game, Jin Kazama learns that “Power is everything” and learns about the family self-defense arts called the Kazama-Style Traditional Martial Arts.
Jin’s mother helped him in learning the Kazama-Style at an early age, but despite that, he felt powerless when he faced off against a monstrous evil that destroyed everything dear to him, and these events changed his life forever. Because of his inability to stop the monster, he felt angry with himself, and Jin vowed revenge and sought to gain the power to defeat it. Absolute power, to exact it. As part of his quest for power, he decides to take part in the ultimate battle, The King of Iron Fist Tournament.
