Supergirl Season 6 has spent a lot of time trapping Kara into the Phantom Zone continues to do so moving. There is trouble on Earth-Prime as well as in the Phantom Zone. Recap For Supergirl Season 6
Supergirl is still trapped in the Phantom Zone. Even though she has reunited with her father but reunion didn’t last too long. A few Kryptonian criminals kidnap Zor-El in order to use him for sacrifice. On the other hand, Supergirl finds refugee in the form of a fifth-dimensional being named Nyxlygsptlnz sent by her father, Zor-El himself. Lex and Lena are locking heads over each other as Lex blames her for mismanaging the funds for children, which he actually destroyed. Especially after she locked him out of the system. In turn, this leads to Lena quitting LexCorp altogether.
A New Friend
Supergirl, on the other hand, helps Nyxlygsptlnz to regain her powers. Nyxlygsptlnz heals Supergirl once she regains her powers. Both unite to rescue Zor-El. Lena, on the other hand, figures out a way to figure out Supergirl’s location in the phantom zone. She uses the DNA of Supergirl in order to do so. But, not everything is that easy as it seems.
As Alex and Lena team up, they realize there is only one way to rescue stolen souls. That is to find the Phantom’s lair. While Alex and Lena are busy trying to figure out Supergirl’s location, Supergirl, on the other hand, has teamed up with Nyxly and Zor-El. Their one mission in the Phantom Zone is to search for a mysterious mirror that could help them get back home.
The trio works on until they reach the mirror and realize there is a traitor among them. Nyxlygsptlnz, time and time, tried to convince Kara to let her father go. But after times of denial, she showed her true purpose stating to take revenge on her father and is the attacker of the earth. So a fight breaks out. Supergirl figures out a way to trap Nyxly by self-destructing a sequence that smashes the mirror.
Meanwhile, on Earth, the friends of Supergirl manage to release the souls and transform the Phantoms. But to bring back Supergirl, there is a requirement of more of her DNA. This calls for time travel.
Supergirl Season 6 Episode 5 Release Date and Preview
Supergirl Season 6 Episode 5 is releasing on April 27, 2021, and will air on The CW at 9 pm ET/ 8 pm CT. There are a total of 20 episodes planned for the sixth season of Supergirl. So expect new episodes every Tuesday following the fifth episode. Supergirl Season 6 Episode 5 will also be available to stream on The CW app right the next day.
