After 4 decades, the Star Wars empire is standing in front of us, stronger and successful than before. The Star Wars empire is responsible for emanating the pop culture in the entertainment industry. After numerous novels and movies, Star Wars is again here with something more exciting. They are all set to try their hands on animation and with rolling out a spin-off from the series of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.” 

No more suspense, but Star Wars is ready with the premiere of “Star Wars: The Bad Batch.” It is an upcoming American animated series that is created by Dave Filoni. Obviously, it would be part of the Star Wars franchise. It will be both sequel and spin-off for the series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars.” 

Now, what’s up with “Star Wars: The Clone Wars”? Well, it is an animated television series. It was created by George Lucas and was first released on 15th August 2008. Then it was also premiered on Cartoon Network after two months. We know that the Star Wars empire is a bit complex and very deep. But the series was less complex, and you would enjoy watching it for sure. “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” is supposed to continue the arc of Clone Force 99’s story. It will probably feature the events of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” season 7. The Bad Batch will have to figure out what their future holds after the horrifying take over by the Empire on the galaxy. We will get to see a lot of twists and turns, and that includes the visit of Kamino. “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” will mostly focus on taking over the galaxy. The imperial army will also welcome soldiers who are gifted with unique skills. Last but not the least, it is expected that the creators will feature the recruitment of Omega, who is a mysterious young kid. 

Recently, the merchandising team of the series mistakenly leaked a major spoiler of the series. It is now clear that Bad Batch member Crosshairs is not what he looks like. The merchandising team released the poster below, and its caption describes everything. The caption has given us a major spoiler. Therefore, according to the caption, the major plot twist for the characters of the Bad Batch is all the way along. 


“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” Release Date

Star Wars: The Bad Batch is all set to release on May 4. Yes, you heard it right; only 9 days are left for the series to premiere. The creators are releasing the series on Disney+. Moreover, Disney has also released the trailer for the series earlier on Tuesday. The trailer of the series is given below. 

Initially, only 70 minutes premiere will be released on Disney+. The main series that includes 14 episodes will be premiered on May 7. Until then, you can ready your popcorn bags and arrange an authentic Disney+ account. Otherwise, your wait for the series can increase, and that is super messy. 

“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” Cast And Crew

The cast of the show includes the voices of Dee Bradley Baker, Matt Lanter, Matthew Wood, Terrence, Tom Kane, Ness Bautista, Ming-Na Wen, Noshir Dalal, Andrew Kishino, and Stephen Stanton. Dee would be giving voice to Clone Troopers and Admiral Trench. Tom Kane is the narrator where was Matt would give voice to Anakin Skywalker. Terrence will voice Mace Windu, and Matthew is set to voice various Droids. The remaining cast has only 1 or 3 episodes to give voice in. The series’ various types of producers are Carrie Beck, Dave Floni, Caroline Kermel, and Josh Rimes.
