RPG Fudosan

The latest episode of anime RPG Fudosan, also known as RPG Real Estate, was released this Wednesday on 18th May 2022, and was titled Doors, Doors, Doors! Open the Door to Summer Vacation!. The next episode, RPG Fudosan Episode 8 is set to release and you can read this article to find out everything you need to know about it.

The anime is a light-hearted, brightly colored series about four girls who work as realtors – Fa, a semi-human, a priest named Rufaria, a cool soldier called Rakira, and a witch, our main protagonist, Kotone. Though Kotone did her graduation in magic, her new profession involves finding homes for all kinds of people – necromancers, a guild receptionist with a pegasus, and many other magical creatures.

Episode 7 Recap

After the comparatively heavy episode 6 that viewers got to see last week, episode 7 of RPG Fudosan titled “Doors, Doors, Doors! Open the Door to Summer Vacation!” was a dive into two light, comedic pieces. The first part started with the girls discussing how they want to do better at their jobs. After which, they go on a mission to examine a good-looking house. What they did not know is that the house was full of traps – a bathroom door leading to a staircase and random doors having a wall right behind them. Fa even ends up going behind a secret wall by accident and Rakira finds a dummy. Later on, Kotone starts a fire by mistake when trying to get a source of light and ends up starting a fire.

The group does more damage as Rarika kicks the wall to rescue Fa who is trapped inside. Later on, the group finds out from the landlord that the house needed major repairs anyway and by causing this major accident, the group actually rescued some stolen artifacts that were stored in the house. They also find out that the house most likely belonged to a thief, which is why it had so many traps. Kotone is both rewarded and punished for this commission of hers.

Kotone’s vacation is shifted one week ahead and the next thing they know, she is on her way to her Luklun District, East Area. What’s more, Fa is coming along as Kotone realizes she does not have any home to return to. Fa had never traveled this long before, hence the whole ride to Kotone’s house has her suffering. When they finally reach, Kotone’s family is glad to have her back.

The episode is a warm and light-hearted one as we see Kotone’s family enjoy her company and Fa mingling so well with them. Kotone’s younger sisters, Tsuzumi and Hibiki are, however, slightly envious of the bond between their elder sister and Fa, and try to get her to bring moonlight grass – a beautiful flower to make a pendant but very difficult to achieve. The area is dangerous as it is full of monsters, but the sisters prod her more and Fa ends up sneaking out at night to get the flower for Kotone.

Tsuzumi and Hibiki follow her out of guilt when they see her escaping. They think Fa is in danger, but then see her mingling with all kinds of creatures in the forest, including a minotaur. Fa even encourages the sisters to interact and they end up realizing why Kotone fawns over F so much. The moonlight grass is obtained, the pendant is made and the relaxing episode ends with Kotone’s family singing the song they burst into whenever they feel happy.

It was a wholesome episode to watch as we see Kotone’s sisters becoming friends with all the creatures in the forest and our heroines returning to their taxing jobs as realtors.
