The Blacklist Season 9 Episode 7 may see Reddington focusing on his therapy sessions with Dr. Roberta Sand. A criminal therapist the team recently came across while investigating a murder. She was linked to a crime family. They had her for getting their minds together and performing their very best in their missions. Reddington recently found out that Agnes knows more about him than he can ever imagine which makes him realize something is off and there was a need for him to understand the situation.
Apart from that, Harold has found himself questioning too and figuring out if he is the one who shot his wife’s lover. Harold was sure his gun was shot that night but he couldn’t remember a thing. This could be a setup and anyone he tells wants to helo him. But not everyone as a call at night comes telling him a different perspective. Previously on The Blacklist Season 9, Red, Cooper, and the team was investigating a case involving the murder of Mary Parrot who was close to a Congressman. Red’s investigation suggests a crime family is behind this that includes the name Vito Decanio. Well, Vito’s work is something that Mary was putting a stop to. Although he wasn’t making rounds initially. But since his therapy sessions, he has been doing really good. These therapy sessions saw the family members visiting Dr. Roberta Sand. She has been encouraging these criminals to perform their best in the crimes they are committing.

The team later gets hold of the man who could have shot Mary Parrot through CCTV. They track him down and after a shootout take him into custody. Their next target is Dr. Roberta Sand, they come across a diary suggesting some appointments at different addresses. Taking them into consideration, they manage to come across a Pet Grooming Van that sees Sands walking out. They learn how her Decanio helped her son to stay out of prison in exchange for her becoming their therapist. But today, that deal came to an end.

The team realizes the next target Vito has in mind, that is an informant who is testifying against him. Vito is brought in by Cooper’s team but Red kidnaps Roberta and her son Dante. He wants to go through therapy in exchange for safety for the next three months. We also saw Red figuring out Agnes knows a lot about him and the only way she could is through Liz. So he gets Liz’s fingerprints tested that matches the letter.

Apart from that, Harold Cooper was spending time trying to figure out if he is the one who shot his wife’s ex but his friend Lew tampered with the evidence to let him have time to investigate it himself. The episode came to a close with someone blackmailing Cooper by sending the video of both of them tampering with evidence.

The Blacklist Season 9 Episode 7 is releasing on 6 January 2021. At this point, there is no official promo or synopsis of the episode. From what we saw in the previous episode, we may see the progress Red will make through therapy sessions with Roberta Sand. Also a look at his history with Dembe. He recently found out that Liz might have read the letter which Dembe was supposed to give her only if he dies. Apart from that, we are looking forward to how things go down for Harold since someone out there knows he could have killed his wife’s lover.
