The Real Reason Why Universe 6 Saiyans Can Achieve SSJ Forms Faster

Universe 6 and Universe 7 are twin Universes and thus, they have the same races as well. However, the history, and the current standing of both the Universes is pretty different. Universe 6 was introduced to us way back when Champa first appeared, and later, we got to see a Tournament where Cabba first appeared.

Cabba didn’t even know about the Super Saiyan transformation, and somehow, just in that one day, he was able to transform into a Super Saiyan. Now I know a huge number of fans who are mad at how easily Cabba achieved this Legendary form. But, that wasn’t the end of it. In the Tournament of Power, there were more Saiyans.

We now have Caulifla and Kale as well. So with Cabba, there are three Saiyans from Universe 6 in the Tournament of Power. When Caulifla was able to achieve the Super Saiyan form, it was a slight hint that we were going to see new forms in the future from the Universe 6 Saiyans, and that’s exactly what happened. Caulifla went to Goku, and ended up learning the Super Saiyan 2 form in the Tournament of Power.

All this was done in less than an hour! This was the same Super Saiyan 2 form that took Gohan a hell lot of time to learn. In episode 112, even Cabba learned Super Saiyan 2 form. Goku himself took even longer, and both Vegeta and Trunks took a long time as well. But, the Universe 6 Saiyans apparently had no trouble with it. Why is that? How is it that they’re able to achieve these forms so quickly?

There answer is simple actually. Universe 6 Saiyans and Universe 7 Saiyans might be the same race, but they have actually evolved in a different way. Meaning, their genetics are different. U6 Saiyans evolved without tails, and they still reside on Planet Sadala. Instead of being a warrior race, they’re a police force. So, I think you can say that they’re very different, and the ways in which they evolve should not necessarily be the same.

Because of the difference in genetics, and the evolution that the two races have suffered, it is easier for the Universe 6 Saiyans to power up and transform, than it is for the Universe 7 Saiyans. You can say that their base is stronger, and ready for Super Saiyan forms. However, because they never had a legend about Super Saiyan, they never really transformed. Even Goku himself acknowledged that Caulifa was ready for Super Saiyan 2, despite just powering up into a Super Saiyan. Same is the case with Cabba. The concept of Super Saiyan just didn’t exist in Universe 6. This is the take of many people on it, and that’s how you should see it as well.

DBS Manga Just Showed Us A Glimpse Of The Grand Priest’s Real Power

The recent chapter of the Dragon Ball Super manga pointed out quite a few things to us. First, it told us more about the Gods of Destruction, who were having a battle royal. Goku vs Toppo was heating up as well, and Toppo officially confirmed that Jiren was actually a being stronger than a God of Destruction. According to Toppo, in terms of strength, Jiren is superior to Belmod, who is the God of Destruction of Universe 11.

Speaking of Gods of Destruction, they’re having a fight of their own, and we saw Beerus effortlessly dodging them in the previous chapter. This time around, it was more of a big fight. While the anime also had this fight, it wasn’t really shown in all its glory, like it was in the manga.

The Dragon Ball Super manga outdoes the anime, when it comes to providing additional details. I think Toyotaro does a really great job in the manga, and in this chapter, he showed us a glimpse of the power of the Grand Priest.

The Grand Priest is very high up the pecking order, when you look at it. We have the Gods of Destruction, then the angels, and above them is the Grand Priest. Above Grand Priest is Zeno, but one big thing that often goes unnoticed about Zeno is the fact that he is not a combatant. He cannot fight. He does have the power to erase anything, but he cannot fight, which is why he has guards. So, in terms of fighting prowess, I guess you could say that the Grand Priest is above everyone else.

He literally proved this in the manga, when he was able to stop Beerus and Quitela’s punches with just his finger. That’s right! The power of a God of Destruction means nothing to him
