Hey everyone! In this post, I’ll be talking about Tokyo Ghoul re Episode 11. Before we begin, I want to let you all know that this post contains a lot of spoilers. If you haven’t caught up to the show yet, I suggest not reading this post. However, if you don’t mind being spoiled, then let’s begin.
Tokyo Ghoul re Episode 11 Spoilers
Tokyo Ghoul re delivered a solid episode this week as well. The series didn’t start off as well. The first 4 episodes were pretty much below average with the pacing being too fast, and the show just skipping too much important content. Most of this as because the Tokyo Ghoul re anime was being outsourced. However, from episode 5 onwards, the quality began to pick up, and we have had good episodes since then.
This week was no different. Tokyo Ghoul re Episode 11 focused on the Rose Extermination arc’s climax. Hairu was seen in one of the Tsukiyama family buildings and the workers did well to stand up to them. Tsukiyama, however, was fixated on Haise and it was incredible to see the two facing off once again. On the other hand, we also saw Kanae in this episode, and what Eto did to him was truly horrifying. Kanae’s hatred towards Kaneki was evident from his actions and now that we’re in the final moments of the series, it’ll be interesting to see where we go from here. Tokyo Ghoul re Episode 11 did leave a few things from the manga, but overall, I thought it was a decent episode. Now, we’re pretty close to one of the biggest moments of the series, that is Haise getting his memories back.
He’ll now get a new personality, with black hair. Haise will also be promoted to Associate Special Class after this arc, and will be known as the Black Reaper of the CCG. Tokyo Ghoul re will end with Episode 12. However, a second season for the anime has already been announced. It will begin airing in October 2018 and that means only good things are ahead for fans of the series.
