Queen of the South Season 5 Episode 4 Preview
Queen of the South Season 5 Episode 4 titled “La Situacion” will follow after Teresa turned on her own men. As Boaz Jiminez goes on a rampage, he ends up killing Judge Lafayette. But at the heat of the moment, the Queenpin has Dumas take the blame for the murder. By doing so, Teresa has started to lose the trust of some of her closest friends. Of course, it will be so, as they have been loyal to her just as Dumas; even so, we see Teresa throwing him under the bus. The sense of trust has fallen so much that even James Valdes starts to question his decision to come back. Teresa’s actions were outrageous, considering that Marcel Dumas was one of her most trusted men on the streets of New Orleans. Now with Boaz still on the outside and Marcel behind bars, Teresa must do something quick.
If we go by the promo for the next episode, there is a high possibility that Marcel Dumas may still be able to strike up a deal with Teresa. He may be in jail for the judge’s decapitation, but he has still got tricks up his sleeve. Tension has been rising in the ongoing final season, and some solution needs to be thought up quick. The fans refuse to believe that Teresa would do such a thing without a backup plan. This makes us wonder if Teresa and Marcel had already planned something off-camera. Nevertheless, we do know that Teresa regrets her actions, considering she does pay him a visit in jail. Dumas never really made it into Teresa’s inner circle, but he has just enough information to bring her empire down. So surely, Teresa would want Dumas on her good side and help him get out somehow.
