The new key visual features Makoto Nijima, Ryuji Sakamoto, Ann Takamaki, Goro Akechi, Haru Okumura, Futaba Sakura, Yusuke Kitagawa, and Morgana. There is no news about the story of Persona 5 The Animation: Dark Sun yet, but it would be the first-ever TV special of the series.
Persona 5 is an anime based on the role-playing video game Persona 5 made by Atlus for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles. This game is a part of Megami Tensei franchise and was released last 2016. The script for anime adaptation was written by Shinichi Inotsume and directed by Masashi Ishihama. Katsura Hashino is the one credited for the anime story concept. Original game character designs are credited to Shigenori Soejima.
