Ozark Season 2 dropped towards the end of August, and fans enjoyed it enough to crave yet another season. So far, a third season of the show hasn’t been announced. So, is it going to happen? Will Ozark get a third season?
We’ll be discussing that, and everything else we know about Ozark Season 3 in this post. Before we begin, I want to let you all know that this post may contain spoilers. Someone who hasn’t caught up to the second season of the show should probably stay away from this article. However, if you’re not bothered by a few spoilers, we can get started.
Ozark Season 3 Release Date
First things first; we have great news. Although Ozark Season 3 hasn’t been announced officially yet, we’re told that the show will return with the third season for sure. That’s great news for everyone, and with the quality stuff that we’ve been getting, I don’t think this is a surprise to the fans. Jason Bateman also hinted that Ozark would return with Season 3 soon on The Ellen Show. He said: “Ozark looks like, god willing, it will be going for a little bit…”
Although nothing has been announced yet, we think that it’s going to be a couple of months until we get an official announcement for Ozark Season 3. A trailer for the series will probably not drop this year at all. As far as the release date goes, we have no idea when the show will return. As I said earlier, Ozark Season 2 came out in the month of August. My guess is that Ozark Season 3 will be out in August 2019, and we may get a trailer for the show a few months before it actually airs.
Here’s the official synopsis for Ozark: “This money-centric present-day story revolves around financial planner Marty (Jason Bateman) and Wendy Byrde (Laura Linney) and their family’s sudden relocation from the suburbs of Chicago to a summer resort community in the Missouri Ozarks. Rather than the familiar skyscrapers and trading floors, Ozark explores capitalism, family dynamics, and survival through the eyes of (anything but) ordinary Americans.”
