After all the long years of waiting, we finally had a solid date in our hands for One Punch Man Season 2. On top of that, the release date announcement is coupled with the season’s first ever trailer and visuals. What are the things that we need to expect in the second season of One Punch Man?
One Punch Man Season 2 Release Date And Trailer
One Punch Man season 2 released its first official trailer, which doesn’t really include new animation. But it gave us an idea of what is expected to come in the next season. In the visuals, we have seen Garou in its anime character design for the first time. Personally, the color of the skin tone is not what I expect it would be, but the vibe of his character design is still cool looking.
In the past few days, there were some speculations that the first episode of the anime was expected to come out on August 13, 2018. The rest of the second season was speculated for Winter 2019. However, we got a more favorable date, which is in April 2019, not more than a year from now on. This is a good news for fans who had reread the manga (both ONE and Murata) several times now because of waiting for the second season.
There’s still no news about how many episodes would be in the anime. But if the anime is to adapt Murata’s version of the manga, and the anime plans to tackle every chapter that includes Garou, then a safe bet is 25 episodes or more, depending on the new pacing.
