Hey everyone! One Piece resumes with its Wano Country arc this week after a week-long hiatus. The cliffhanger at the end of One Piece Chapter 916 made it almost impossible for fans to wait this long, but due to an early jump release this week, were getting an early chapter as well as early spoilers. So let’s discuss the events of One Piece 917.
A quick warning for you all, this post will contain spoilers from One Piece 916. If you have read the manga yet, I suggest you stop reading the post here. If spoilers don’t bother you, we can get started. One Piece 916 was mainly focused on Luffy vs Urashima. Luffy made quick work of him and in the process, incured the wrath of Holdem. Now he has to face and defeat Holdem but at the same time, Hawkins makes his entry in Bakura district as well. Law also manages to arrive there and that’s basically where the chapter ended.
One Piece 917 Spoilers
In One Piece 917, we’ll most likely see this fight proceeding. Luffy will face Holdem in order to save Otama, while Law will be face to face against Basil Hawkins. We can expect some great action from One Piece this week, and I hope the chapter makes up for the two-week break that we had to go through. I’m really excited to see all these fights begin, but at the same time, I think we won’t get long fights.
If Luffy fights Holdem, he will most likely defeat him very easily. The Headliners aren’t all that impressive really. At Zou, Sanji defeated Sheepshead with just one kick, so Luffy should make quick work of Holdem and save Tama in the process. I think Law will use his Devil Fruit powers to transport everyone to safety, and so we may be seeing the crew reunite in next week’s chapter.
