The high-ups reveal about the upcoming tournament that is a total of three matches. Chief is training with Nomad and asks Nomad how he will face his opponents. Nomad replies that he would try to minimize the damage inflicted on him. Even if he made it to the finals, there’d be no point if he is all torn up. He also reveals that he will use his defensive skill and makes his opponent try to hit him. When they are exhausted, he will look for an opening and counter.
Nomad shows Chief how he will strike his opponents at the neck and put them to sleep. The two begin sparring together, and Gansaku Nanbu arrives. He comments that they must fight at a distance. Gansaku reminds Nomad of the way he used to fight alongside Chief. He comments that it brings good memories. Nomad was once a well-known legendary boxer, but he lost his way and changed his name due to fame. Gansaku wants the old Nomad, who used to be called Gearless Joe, to come back within Nomad.

Nomad started to feel a headache remembering about good old days. Chief calls Nomad by his old name Joe. He is trying to calm Nomad ho is pathing and touching his head. Nomad recalls during Pop’s death, and the children hated him. They ask him why did he come since he is the one who caused Pop’s death. Sachio yells at Nomad, telling him it is his fault that Pops is dead. He also told Nomad that he would never forgive him. In the present day, the biker boys and Mr. Big Shot are at the shopping store.
They ask the old lady if she can read, but the old lady wonders what they are talking about. One of the boys shows her a sign written no immigrants or stray dogs allowed, local citizens only. Mr. Big Shot asks the lady what she is looking for since they told her to get lost. He shouts at the old lady, addressing her a stupid old hag, and the lady decided to leave with her granddaughter. She wonders what has happened to the biker boys that made them treat them like that.
One of the boys comments that they are stupid foreigners. They shout at the old lady when she leaves that she can talk with Chief if she has a problem. The guy wearing a suit gets ups and told the biker boys to show everyone who the boss is. He also told him not to hold back, just like Mr. Big Shot. The biker boys started to write messages on the wall that ”Leave, you stupid immigrants.”Quit illegally occupying our land, you vermin, this isn’t your home, local citizens only.”
An Oscar for the Best Actor
Later, Chief arrives with his crew at the scene, wondering why they wrote things like this. One of the crew members comments that they are cruel. Chief told them not to worry about this, and they will deal with it until he wins the tournament. The oldies from the town told Chief that they are not gonna feel better about that.
They reveal that everything is happening because Chief decided to go against Hikawa. The biker boys are also forced to do what they don’t want. It is ruining their reputation to immigrants who visit this town. Hikawa is one of the most powerful bosses that want to rule the town, but the Chief refused. Chief accepts the condition of winning the tournament to gain his town’s Fredon.
The youngsters arrive and ask Chief why can’t they make Joe enter the completion. They don’t want to fol themself by calling Joe, Nomad since his real name is Joe. They suggest that they would apologize and Joe will win the completion. Chief reveals that Joe is in no shape to fight, and this is their homeland; if they don’t face themselves, they will lose. What if Joe is not around? Who will fight for them?
Chief also said their homeland is important to them, and they can’t lose it to Hikawa. Later the tournament begins, and Chief faces his opponent. Nomad reminds Chief about their previous fight. Chief acted like he is down until the count of nine. He gets up, and his opponent rushed in and received a powerful body blow that puts him to sleep. Cheif comments that he has the best skills to get him an Oscar for the best actor. The commentator announces that Chief has won by KO.
