Kyoto Animation’s new anime project, Tsurune: Kazemai Kyudo Club, recently revealed its second trailer and a new visual. Previously, the staff revealed the first teaser trailer and the release date of this anime.
The plot for this upcoming anime will be, “Narumiya Minato was a member of his school’s archery club. After he was selected to participate in the team match, he progressed through to the Prefectural Finals, but after something occurred to him, his team lost their final school match.

After that, Minato decided never to draw his bow again and fled to his local high school, Kazemai High. In that school, Minato is invited to join the archery club by his childhood friends and fellow students Takehaya Seiya and Yamanouchi Ryouhei, but he turns them down and goes home alone.
Later, to clear his mind, he goes out for a bike trip and wanders by accident into the ‘Yata no Mori Archery Range,’ That’s where he meets the master archer Takigawa Masaki. Despite having told his friend, Seiya, “I’m never doing archery again!” Minato starts to spend time at the ‘Yata no Mori range,’ awakening to feelings of wanting to do archery again.
‘I want to draw again. I want to make that beautiful sound with my bowstring again!’ our protagonist, Minato decides to face the thing that caused him to withdraw from archery and stand once more before the target. Waiting for him in the Kazemai High Archery Club is, of course, Seiya and Ryouhei, but also Onogi Kaito, who reviles Minato, and the sparkling prince Kisaragi Nanao.
Minato will aim for the Prefectural Championship with these friends.
