Eunha, Umji, and SinB To Debut As VIVIZ In February
Eunha, SinB, and Umji are re-debuting as VIVIZ in February. On 14 January 2022, Big Planet shared an official statement citing that VIVIZ is planning its schedule to debut next month. Any further details on its comeback are not shared. But, we look forward to receiving details on the concept and debut date soon.
VIVIZ, short for “VIVID DAYZ,” will state that the group members will turn into artists who will confidently display their colors to the world. Furthermore, the name is the abbreviation of the combination of the letters of their names. Eunha and SinB have the same names: Hence, “Bi” is pronounced as “Vi” in Korean. On the other hand, the “Ji” in “Umji” is pronounced “Z” in Korean.
Undoubtedly, they have picked the most suitable and meaningful name as a group. The GFriend fans are highly anticipating their debut and seeing the three members redefine music.
Previously, they have made an impact in the industry with their powerful vocals and artistic skills. The other Gfriend members are also focusing on solo activities at the moment. Yerin and Sowon are exploring the acting world under Sublime Artist Agency and IOK Company, respectively. Meanwhile, Yuju is preparing for her solo debut under KONNECT Entertainment.
Gfriend disbanded in May 2021. The group was housed under Source Music from 2015 to 2021.
