The director Andrew Dominik, who began work on adapting Joyce Carol Oates’ acclaimed popular novel of the same name in 2010, has made the wait worthwhile. So, the biggest rumor going around now is Why Netflix’s Film “Blonde” is under NC-17? Moreover, the explanation of the grading, on the other hand, is a little intriguing. Considering the only reason offered is “some sexual material”.
The phrase “some sexual material” obviously alludes to nudity and sex scenes, but viewers should keep in mind that the film has not just a hot adventure. But, it also includes some rape scenes from Oates’ novel, causing Netflix to “insist” on bringing in another editor to “limit the movie’s extremes”. The director of the movie, Andrew Dominik, has clearly announced that he will class his movie, Blonde in the category of NC-17.
