The other movie was Seven Deadly Sins the Movie: Prisoners of the Sky. This movie is available both dubbed and subtitled. The film has a new story by mangaka Nakaba Suzuki. The story is set after the events of the first season. The Seven Deadly Sins and Princess Elizabeth managed to bring peace to the kingdom. The Seven Deadly Sins travel to a remote land to get their hands on the phantom ingredient “sky fish” to celebrate the King’s birthday.

Meliodas and Hawk end up at a “Sky Palace” that exists above the clouds. The residents of this place have wings. Due to a case of mistaken identity, Meliodas is thrown in prison. It is revealed that a boy who looked like Meliodas committed a crime. The residents of the place are preparing to defend against a monster, which awakens once every 3,000 years.

However, the Six Knights of Black, a Demon Clan army, removes the seal on the monster and places the lives of the residents of Sky Palace in jeopardy.
