The Number One Hero has begun his training with Izuki Midoriya, the wielder of One For All Quirk. Shoto and Bakugo are also part of the training. The episode begins after the New Year’s party, where Shoto asks Midoriya and Bakugo about where they want to go. Shoto told the two that they will be working with Number One Hero Endeavor. All the U.A High students used their winter vacation to do hero work studies. Mineta, Kaminari, Sero, and Shiozaki are working with Team Lurkers. Kirishima, Tetsutetsu, and Amajika are working with Fatgum, while the others are also busy working under different Pro Heroes. Izuku and the two finished the first day of their work-study with Endeavor.
Ochaco ordered a new costume and show the girls around that it looks nice. The girls wonder why Ochaco changed her outfit, and she replies that it is a secret. Ochaco realizes that she did that to protect Izuku if he loses control of his Quirk. The girls enjoy the party and eat delicious treats. The boys realize that the girls might be having a welcoming party while they train, and they didn’t have a welcoming party. The reporters talked about wildfire in Kaflin caused by an illicit factory making the illegal drug.

The episode title is ”Long Time No See, Selkie.” The girls said that Trigger is an illegal drug like the Quirk booster drug. They realize that the drug enhances Quirks and makes them many times more powerful. The girls talked about the drugs that got stolen before the factory explodes. Meanwhile, the captain of the ship at sea spots someone on an identified ship.
The guy on a boat injects something into his neck and rampages while releasing a smokescreen. The captain told the Oki Marine to break through the smokescreen after realizing that the guy used Trigger. They managed to pass the smokescreen, but they lose the signal and realizes that the boat might be hiding somewhere. The captain talked about Dragon Hero: Ryukyu to help them fight the enemies. Ryukyu received a message from Sea Rescue Hero: Selkie.

Tsuyi and Ochaco realize that Selkie is the Hero Tsuyi did her internship with the other day. Ryukyu told the girls that team Ryuku is marching out. At pacific ocean Verize Island, Selkie welcomes Ryukyu and her team. He thanks them for coming, and Ryukyu realizes that the escaped ship is related to Trigger. Ryukyu told Selkie that they could let it go without tracing it. Selkie comments that he needs help, and Froppy comments that captain Selkie will never change.
She thanks him for helping her during her internship in the past. During training, everyone followed captain Selkie’s orders. Selkie told the girls that he needs them at the beach. They both head to the beach and begin enjoying playing with Selkie. Ryukyu asks Selkie about their plans, and Selke told her to let the girls play since the Trigger ship won’t move until nightfall. The girls have fun swimming, eating, and hanging around. Selkie is glad that the girls are having fun, and it is so peaceful.
Ryukyu realizes that they are heroes confronting evil, and Selkie gives them this joy to protect it. Selkie replies that it is the right frame of mind for them to fight the villain. The villains are hiding inside the cave and notice that the hero party is on high alert. They defeat the smugglers in the evening, and the girls get excited that the mission was successful and continue with the party.
