After months of teasing, YOUNITE is all set to make its debut in the summer of 2022. Rhymer’s ‘Brand New Music’ has been talking about their newest boy group for months now. And ever since the news came out, k-pop fans have been excited. Consisting of nine members, the boy group has members who’ve been a part of the major agencies and former k-pop groups. All set to take the world of k-pop by storm, here is everything you need to know about the boys of YOUNITE.
Just as the clock strikes midnight on March 18, 2022, the team went on to release the teaser for the debut. Releasing their debut EP “YOUNI-BIRTH”, the boys of YOUNITE will be making their debut on April 20 at 6 p.m. KST. As the k-pop fans are now eagerly waiting for April to arrive. They are definitely curious about the boys they don’t know anything about. Their agency has been keeping the fans on their toes ever since they released the first few teasers back in February 2022.
The month of February has been really exciting for the fans of YOUNITE. As every day, they woke up with an introduction to one of the boys. Coming together, Eunho, Steve, Hyunseung, Eunsang, Hyungseok, Woono, DEY, Kyungmun, and Sion makes YOUNITE.
Here Is Everything Out About The Boys of YOUNITE Before We See Them On Their Debut!
On February 14, Brand New Music went on to announce the name of the boy group YOUNITE. Meaning “YOU and I: we are connected”, the boy group has been in progress since 2020. For now, the company hasn’t announced the positions the boys will be taking up in the group. But get to know the boys a bit here!
Woono
Hong Won Ho is an 03 liner. Born on April 5, he’s an Aries. He was the first member to be revealed on November 4, 2020. In the preview teaser, Woono appears at the beach where he finds a glass flask full of precious jewels.
Steve
Lim Do Hyun is an 02 liner. Born on March 9, he’s a Pisces. He was the second member to be revealed on November 11, 2020. Born in Los Angeles, USA, the upcoming idol moved to South Korea when he was 14 years old. In the preview, he’s evoked a lot of mystery as he appears in a forest in the nighttime. He also had a CGI unicorn along with him.

DEY
Kim Se Hyun is an 03 liner. Born on June 11, he’s a Gemini. He was the third member to be revealed on November 18, 2020. Before joining Brand New Music, the upcoming idol used to be a contestant on the reality show “High School Rapper 4”. In the preview, he’s seen inside an aquarium as a shining seahorse catches his attention.
Hyunseung
Kim Hyun Seung is an 02 liner. Born on October 15, he’s a Libra. He was the fourth member to be revealed on November 25, 2020. In the preview, he came as a painter who loses his focus from the task.
Sion
Kim Si On is an 04 liner. Born on October 19, he’s a Libra. He was the fifth member to be revealed on December 2, 2020. He’s also the Maknae of the group. In the preview, he’s seen holding a photo camera taking pictures. And all of sudden his eye color changes.
Eunsang
Lee Eun Sang is an 02 liner. Born on October 26, he’s a Scorpio. He used to be a part of Produce 101’s X1 and disbanded in 2020. First one to be revealed in the teasers, Eungsang is seen standing in a library holding a book with the image of an illuminating sun.
Hyungseok
Hyungseok is an 02 liner. Born on November 6, he’s also a Scorpio. In the preview, the idol is seen with pottery. As he finds a mysterious shiny object, it quickly catches him off-guard.
Eunho
Myung Eun Ho is an 01 liner. Born on March 25, he’s an Aries. He was the seventh member to be revealed on December 16, 2020. He is also the hyung of the boy group. In the preview, he was playing an eccentric game of chess with metallic coins.
Kyungmun
Lim Kyung Mun is an 03 liner. Born on June 29, he’s a Cancer. He was announced as a new member on January 7, 2021. He is also a former contestant of LOUD. In the preview teaser, we saw him getting fascinated with candles
