One of the absolute best legal dramas that the K-Drama world has blessed us with, the ‘Lawless Lawyer’ is the complete package with its corrupt higher officials who deceive people, male and female lead who share a tragic past, and a gangster twist into the cutthroat legal world. Furthermore, the drama is written by Yoon Hyun Ho, whose previous works include the popular Remember: War Of The Sun. Lawless Lawyer is directed by Kim Jin-Min, who is known for his work in Extracurricular. On the other hand, Ha Jae Yi used to be a law-abiding lawyer who used to do everything by the book. He grows up to be a consigliere named Vincezo Cassano, whose name is enough to make the evilest of all mafias shiver with fear. He returns to Korea, where he ends up meeting the quirky and blunt lawyer Hong Cha Young. The two join hands to bring down the unrivaled Babel Pharmaceuticals. The drama is available to watch with English subtitles on Netflix.
