Do you want to know all about JYP’s new boy group LOUD? But the question is, who wouldn’t be excited! JYP is known to make amazing groups and artists like Twice, 2PM, Itzy, Stray Kids, and the CEO J.Y. Park himself. J.Y Park is set to bring another great kpop boy group and girl group soon enough. Now let us have a small introduction to the JYP’s pre-debut boy group LOUD. And surprisingly, its hype hasn’t died down yet. The group was formed through a survival program that went by the same name LOUD. in the show, over 75 contestants all around the world had come to showcase their talents. It would have been very hard to choose the final members as each, and every one of them was extremely talented.
To make things better, the finalists were not only chosen by J.Y.Park but were also chosen by PSY. These skilled judges must have made sure that no one but the best debuts in the upcoming group. So fans have been pretty excited to know more about the boy group LOUD. The boy group was supposed to consist of nine groups, but four of them were eliminated during the survival show. Although their debut date hasn’t been decided yet, many people have been thrilled just by the idea of them debuting. After watching the show, many people couldn’t believe how talented these boys were. Now without further ado, keep reading to find out more about the members of LOUD.
Introducing The Members OF LOUD:
1. Yoon Min
Yoon Min is a Capricorn and was born on December 22 in the year 2000. His national is South Korean Yoon Min had been a model student growing up and had studied dropped of Dongsung High School before applying to Hanlim Multi Art School. The Capricorn is an all-rounder as he can literally do everything. He can write and compose songs, sing, dance, rap. Surprisingly he had used his own song, ‘One Way,’ for his performance in the casting round. He even had participated in writing, choreographing, and composing during the survival program show. That is super cool! Also, with so much talent, it is hard to predict which position he is going to get in the group.
While watching the show, the audience had praised the all-rounder for his amazing personality. All of this made him the third member to be caused in the LOUD team. He never missed an opportunity to take care of his teammates. Even JYP’s staff weren’t immune to his manners and had been praised for being a true gentleman.
2. Lee Gyehun
Lee Gyehun is a Virgo and was born on September 16 in the year 2004. He was born in Jeju Island but had later moved to Seoul. Lee Gyehun was quite a popular trainee training alongside Stray Kids, Boy Story, and Itzy. He is known for his dancing skills and fiery raps. Moreover, he can also write raps too. Lee Gyehun was also chosen as the temporary leader of the boy group. This is because he had trained the longest, and JYP also considers him as the backbone of the group. Lee Gayheun had trained for five years and had earned the nickname ‘Frozen Man’. This was because he had trained so long that he thought that time had stopped.
Other than being extremely talented, Lee Gyehun is very athletic too. He is good at swimming, 50M running, and can even play Taekwondo. The LOUD member also is ver philosophical. He had chosen to perform Dawn’s Money as he wanted to show that he was his parents’ and his company’s investment. Both JYP and PSY had cast him, but he chose to train at JYP Entertainment. Also, Yon Min wasn’t the only one who had participated in writing and composing in the show. He too had contributed his skills.
3. Amaru
Amaru is a Libra and was born on October 21 in the year 2005. His birthplace is in Saitama, Japan which makes him one of the two foreign members of the group. He was also the 4th member to be cast as a member of LOUD. Furthermore, he had been a YG Japan trainee and had trained alongside Treasure’s Japanese members. There is also a video of his practicing with the other Japanese members of Treasure. Amaru can sing, dance and is also very good at soccer, track and field.
When people found out the reason behind Amaru choosing Dean’s D(Half Moon), they couldn’t stop getting emotional. During the performance, he had lied down on a bed, signifying that when he was back in his home in Japan, the rooms were close to each other, so he could just say shout out goodnight to his family, and they would answer back. But now, when he is living alone in a dorm, he still shouts goodnight just to hear the echo. After reading this, we are sure that Amaru will be your bias.

4. Keiju
Keiju is the second Libra in the boy group. He was born on October 4 in the year 2006, in the capital of Japan, Tokyo. He has a talent for dancing and cooking. Keiju’s talents were even recognized by Ikon’s Song. When he had performed Ikon’s Beautiful as a part of the representative team of japan on JTBC’s “Stage K” Ikon episode, Song couldn’t hold back his praises. He said that he could see that Keiju has a very bright future ahead. He had performed Exo’s Kai’s solo song Mmmmh to show a more mature side of him. Keiju is also a very playful member. Being the second youngest, he loves to play pranks on his members.
Fans had seen him grow during the show. This member of LOUD had gained his confidence while performing in the show. He felt that the survival program helped him come out of his shell and showcase his talent and color more freely. As one of his members, he, too, was cast by both JYP and PSY. In the end, after putting much thought into it, he chose to train under JYP Entertainment. He also said that he wanted to show people his unexpected charm.
5. Lee Donghyeon
Lee Donghyeon is a Pieces and was born on March 13 in the year 2007. He was born in Daegu, South Korea. Before auditioning for LOUD, he had been an ice hockey player for the Daegu Sky Eagles Ice Hockey Team. Due to his love for ice hockey, he had also been nicknamed Man On Ice. He is the team’s maknae, and his talents include singing and dancing. Lee Donghyeon was almost eliminated but was saved due to JYP’s special wildcard. We are happy that that happened, as the team wouldn’t be complete without him.
How did he become JYP’s favorite, you ask? He had stolen J.Y.Park’s heart when he had performed Justin Bieber’s Love Yourself. Well, JYP wasn’t the only one who had been simping for this fourteen-year-old. Talking about his age, it is very amazing just thinking about all that this boy is going to accomplish at such a young age.
