Jump Force Story Mode Plot Revealed

Jump Force New Roster

Bandai Namco’s Jump Force is the most anticipated anime game of 2019. A lot of Shonen Jump characters will be appearing in this fighting game to fight with other Shonen Jump characters, villain or not. It seems like Bandai Namco will be offering more features than anticipated. Recently, the trailer for the story mode of the story has been revealed.

After its announcement for Deku, Boa Hancock, Trunks, and Renji Abarai, Bandai Namco also released its first ever trailer for the Jump Force story mode. It starts with Trunks putting a block that gleams with a green light disappearing to the ground. More and more about the Jump Force universe was unveiled, including a trailer with Kane, the main villain in the story mode. Here is the video if you haven’t seen it yet.

The alternate universes are called “Jump” and this is where the characters will be from. These jumps will be threatened by Kane, who will be taking the Book of Onyx with him and will be destroying the Jumps. In order to prevent him from destroying the whole Jump universe, the player must team up with his favorite Jump characters and join the “Jump Force”. Players can make their own custom characters with custom costumes and custom skills from different Shonen Jump characters. Ryuk and Yagami Light, as announced before, are not playable characters and will only be seen in the story mode.

Jump Force is currently housing 33 playable characters from different Shonen Jump series. The series that found their way into the game include My Hero Academia,  Black Clover, Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Bleach, Hunter X Hunter, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu Yu Hakusho, Saint Seiya, City Hunter, Fist of the North Star, and Rurouni Kenshin. Jump Force is expected to come on February 15, 2019, in PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
