Houses with History Cast

Macdonald is a designer and a realtor. Firstly, she works with customers’ houses as well as her own. As well as designing and staging for others. Apart from being real-life partners, Macdonald and Lemieux own ‘Full Circle Homes.’ They initially met in high school when they were teens. For the program’ Houses with History,’ they were recorded for seven months while renovating six houses. Lemieux stated that he met his now-wife Jennifer in high school in Sandwich, Massachusetts, on the Cape. They only reconnected after two decades, with a common interest in real estate and History. Mike is a huge history geek, which he utilizes to his advantage on the program!

MacDonald, also known as “Jen” in the program, is the series’ designer. She has a great eye for detail and a variety of ideas for transforming a property into a home while maintaining its natural History and atmosphere. The two got into the game because of their common interests: working on different houses and finding their niche among the area’s huge number of historic residences in need of extensive repairs. Full Circle Homes is the name of their company. Soares is the series’ professional carpenter, the show’s backbone, if you will. He is a diligent, hands-on guy who instills these values in his children. He even educates his children on the job! Soares is happily married and sometimes shares glimpses of his personal life on Instagram.
