Mei is at the library looking for a book called the Annals of Artificial Chemistry, 1960, volume 18. Her robot notice that she is struggling to find the next volume; it reveals that the next volume is on the next shelf 10 meters ahead and 2 meters to her left. Mei realizes that Ashihara was Archetype’s initial researcher. But no one could understand most of his research. She realizes that Ashihara’s work was in magazines that don’t seem to have been digitized.
His research isn’t published in famous magazines means either he got rejected or he refused those offers. Mei manages to find the picture of Professor Ashihara. She manages to find some clues, but she doesn’t know what it means. The government revealed that they would use any tool to counter the mysterious creatures attacking the citizens. They also reveal that Rodan first appeared in Japan, and from there, they spread across Oceania. They think that the nest must be somewhere in the Pacific.
Mei continues to solve a fearful symmetry. The robot reveals that a fearful symmetry is called symmetrophobia. Meis replies that it might be referring to the symmetry between time and space. Ministry of Foreing Affairs visited her and giver her a card. She told Mei that she was impressed by her work and decided to find her. Mei reads her and me on a card, and she can’t believe that Ms. Shikako is in front of her. Ms. Shikako told her to call her Kanoka to make it look simple. The two talked about the work that Mei is doing.
Mei realizes that Kanoka gave her clues and thanks her as she heads somewhere. Kanoka wonders what Mei has found that made her leave so early. But Meis left a note written orthogonal diagonalizer. Later, Mei met with professor Li, but she trips and falls in front of her. All the world that she was working on got scattered. Li helps Mei pick up her work. She notices something and asks Mei what this is. Mei replies that it is a warping symmetry. Mei reveals that she understand the mechanism behind the Ashihara Cascade.
She showed Li a three-dimensional structure undergoing a higher-dimensional transformation. Mei also gives Li a not written 6=9, and she folds the paper a higher-dimensional transformation occurs. Li asks Mei if she can accompany her to Londo this weekend. Mei agrees; while in the woods, Team Goro is still fighting with a gigantic monster that they want to capture and study.
Goro is using a Jet Jugar to smash the monster. He told the monster to surrender and enter the cage, or it will be pulverized. Goro got defeated, and the monster lost interest in fighting with Jet Jaguar. The mosnter heads toward Yun and Haberu, who started to step back.
