Godfather of Harlem season 2 has started airing on our digital screens, and we are pretty thankful to the creators for providing us with insane drama and plot twists. In the previous episode, we witnessed that Bumpy now has a new enemy named Bonanno. He is trying to get power and control over Harlem. We see that Bumpy has locked himself in for a very long time, but right at that moment, he got up and charged into action. On the other hand, Chin might be in a very terrible situation right now because Bonanno thinks that he is a traitor.
The ninth episode was titled Bonano Split, and we saw Bumpy Johnson still in mourning from the death of his best mate. This guy asked Bumpy at the last minute to shoot him at the very last minute. Now that Bumpy is out of that trouble, he is regretting losing a person quite close to him. Later in the scenes, we see that Bumpy realizes how Bonano, as well as his men are more than eager to take him down. This is why Bumpy now needs to get back to his game in order to prove that he is still on the top. This is when we see that he has convinced the partner of Bonanno named Chin to change his side.
On the other hand, we see that Captain Omar has proposed to Elise, who is quite excited at even the slightest idea of being married to him. Although, she still has feelings for Malcolm and even seeing him for a while now. Thus, she tells Omar about her true feelings because it would be unfair to him. This is when he takes offense and tells her to leave immediately. Elise is in tears and goes to Malcolm’s house.
