The combined sixth and seventh issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed some good news for Bleach fans. It was confirmed that the characters from Ryohgo Narita’s Bleach: Can’t Fear Your Own World novel series will appear in the Bleach: Brave Souls game. The creator of the original Bleach manga, Tite Kubo is also going to supervise a new “2019 new year commemorative version” Ichigo Kurosaki that is going to appear in the game.
The new characters from the novels will actually be voiced. The cast includes Ayumu Murase as Hikone Ubuginu and Kenjiro Tsuda as Tokinada Tsunayashiro. Kubo has drawn the character designs for the two new characters. Bleach: Can’t Fear Your Own World was launched on the official Bleach as well as on the Shonen Jump+ app.
The series wrapped up after the third volume. The first volume shipped back in August 2016 and the second volume was shipped on November 2, 2018. The third and final volume was shipped on December 4, 2018.
The novel is focused on Shūhei Hisagi. Shūhei needs to put himself in the middle of a new fight after the mystery left behind by Kaname Tōsen resurfaced. The story also reveals more details about the four noble families, which are: the Soul King, Arrancar, and Fullbringers.
