Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma Season 3 started with a bang and fans are delighted to have their favorite chef-centric anime series back. The manga is getting into a very intense situation as it prepares the battle between Central and Polar Star Dorm. With this battle around the corner, the manga is closing on to its finale.
The newest chapter of Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma had fans going crazy especially because of the fight between Central’s last bastion and the duo of Erina and Soma.Now things are getting very exciting as Erina just revealed her ultimate dish which she prepared to stand up to Soma’s challenge. It’s also the first time Erina has cooked something like this. So, before starting I want to tell you that this will be a spoiler so, only read it if you don’t mind getting spoiled.
Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma Chapter 260 Spoilers:
Fans witnessed Soma’s ultimate appetizer dish in the last chapter and with it, he challenged Erina to a Food War between them. Now, Soma did this on purpose as he wants Erina to surpass him and make something which would give even his ultimate appetizer a run for its money. Soma also says that in order to defeat Rindou and Eishi of Central, Erina has to make something unique, something which she has never made, her own special dish which only she can make.
In response to Soma’s challenge, Erina prepares her ultimate specialty, “Oyakudon.” However, everyone in attendance was a bit surprised at the dish she prepared, it was a bit ordinary and simple recipe, and she made it, despite her belief that Don recipes are generally thought as “Second rate.”
Erina lets Rindou and Eishi have the first taste of her dish, and the moment they ate it, they were mesmerized and were in awe of the dish.
The Secret Behind The Taste Of The Oyakudon Bowl:
Erina then reveals the secret which made her simple looking dish so unique and tasty. She said that the main ingredient behind the awesome taste of Oyakodon Bowl was the perfect combination of three ingredients, egg cream, chicken meat, and Sembei rice crackers.
Then all of it is wrapped in the chicken breast Croute(it is a dough base made by adding seasoning to the crust of bread of pies).She also improvised the dish by adding finely minced squid tentacle and peanut butter, and she says that these ingredients were the best ingredients which bridged the gap between an appetizer and the main dish.
Right at the end of the chapter, before Erina’s father could have a taste of the dish, she prepares to transform the dish by adding one more special ingredient.Stay tuned for Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma Manga Chapter 261.
