The Netflix Fear Street release date and trailer and here. And things are about to spooky. The thriller and horror will be thrice with Netflix’s Fear Street trilogy series. The upcoming Horror teen will have not one, but three parts. Moreover, the fans of the Horror genre will not have to wait for the upcoming parts for years. The Leigh Janiak trilogy will haunt you with an exciting plot every week. Apart from this Netflix has also released a trailer for the Fear Street trilogy. So, are you ready to witness horror?

The trilogy is based on the book series of the same name by R. L. Stine. The trilogy will narrate the story of people living in the small town of Shadyside, Ohio. These people have been possessed and turned into killers for the last 3 centuries. Well, with a name like Shadyside, we did expect horror and murderers. The three installments – Fear Street Part 1: 1994, Part 2: 1978, and Part 3: 1966- will release back-to-back weekly on the streaming giant.

Leigh Janiak directs, writes the screenplay of the film alongside Phil Graziadei. Also, he has prepared the plot with Phil Graziadei and  Kyle Killen. Peter Chernin, David Ready, and Jenno Topping produce the three installments.

Netflix Fear Street Release Date, Plot, and Cast

Netflix’s Fear Street trilogy will release back-to-back weekly. The first part: 1994 is releasing on July 2, 2021, only on Netflix. The next installment, Part: 1978 will release on July 9, 2021, and lastly, the last installment, Part: 1966, will come out on July 16, 2021. Looks like our July is all packed with entertainment and fear.

As for the plot, all three installments will display a different scenario of horror, happening in a completely different year. In Part 1: 1994, a group of teenagers get to know about the terrifying events that have occurred in their town of Shadyside, Ohio. Later, they realize that the secrets might be connected and that they may be the next targets.

In Part 2: 1974, In 1978, Camp Nightwing is divided by the campers and counselors who come from the prosperous town of Sunnyvale. Meanwhile, campers and maintenance staffers are from the downtrodden town of Shadyside. However, the shared history from both their towns come alive, and now they must join hands to solve a terrifying mystery before it’s too late.

In Part 3: 1966, In 1666, a colony is knit-packed by a hysterical witch-hunt which will result in deadly consequences for centuries to come. On the other hand,  the people in 1994 and 1978 try to finally put an end to the town’s curse before things get out of hand.

As the film is three installments long, it includes a bunch of cast members. And some of them are widely popular among the Tv and Film. Stranger Things stars Maya Hawke and Sadie Sink appear in the trailer alongside the other stars.

“We all are cursed,” The trailer begins with several people standing with candles in their hands and horrors in their hearts. And they are talking about the witch, who has cursed the town of Shadyside. Does the witch have some bad business with the town? A voice-over in the town says that she is turning people into murders to take revenge from the town. People in the background keeps on reminding that bad things happen in Shadyside.

And you cannot run away from here. The three films are clubbed together in the trailer. We see a glimpse of the horror in the eyes of the people of the town. Maya Hawke is working at a local store, but sadly gets stabbed by the ghost. But, will they survive. To know that, tune into Netflix on July 2.

Previously, the trilogy was supposed to release in June 2020. But, things were pushed back due to the COVID-19. Moreover, earlier, the films were going to distribute under  20th Century Studios. But, later, Chernin Entertainment made a  multi-year first-look deal with Netflix. In August 2020, Netflix acquired distribution rights.
