However, by the end of Emily in Paris Season 2, our American girl has encountered a new source of stress in her life. Season 2 introduces Alfie, a British banker who meets Emily in their French class. As they get to know each other better, they grow closer and eventually act on their feelings. Emily’s friends begin to notice her feelings for Alfie as the series progresses. With Alfie ready to make a long-distance commitment to Emily, a surprising turn of events saw Emily putting Alfie on hold while she went to confess her underlying feelings to Gabriel. Emily later discovered that Camille and Gabriel were reviving their relationship by moving in together. If the show is renewed for season 3, Emily’s willingness to risk her relationship with Alfie in order to be with Gabriel will undoubtedly complicate matters, and fans will have to wait and see who she chooses.
