Not only that, but this deal came with an additional charge that includes producing fees, seven-figure signing bonus, producing fees, and back-end equity. This deal was made during the renewal of season 14. Ironically, Pompeo was initially skeptical to take up the role and was adamant about not going to be stuck on a medical show for five years!
