The players must find it, which itself unlocks a secret region in the Elden Ring. But the cutscene is very cryptic, just like every Souls game, and do not tell where it falls.
The explanation for this star fall shower is that Starscourge Radahn used his powers to hold back the constellations. But after his defeat, all the powers holding them back were removed, thus causing the star to fall.
