Hey guys. Since Dragon Ball Super 121, we were left with just two universes. The two remaining universes are Universe 7 and Universe 11. These two universes are two strongest universes in the Tournament of Power for obvious reasons. Universe 7 has been the busier of the two Universes. In DBS 121, they fought and defeated Aniraza and Universe 3. Before that, it was Universe 6 and Universe 2. Universe 11 has hardly been involved any action ever since Goku fought against Jiren.
Universe 7 is responsible for the most number of eliminations in the Tournament of Power. Goku has the most eliminations in the Tournament of Power so far. One would easily be swayed in the favour of Universe 7 by the numbers. However, anyone who has watched the Tournament of Power properly would know that Universe 11 have the strongest fighter in the Tournament of Power. You know who I am talking about. Jiren from Universe 11 is the strongest fighter in the ToP. He has even surpassed the power level of a God of Destruction.
It is plausible to say that hasn’t unleashed his 100% power in any of the fights so far. It makes you wonder, how far can Jiren actually go. In Dragon Ball Super 122, it was revealed that the reason behind Jiren’s strength is actually his will to overcome his opponents. It is kinda like Goku’s case. Goku has been known to break through the shells, in order to unleash new powers and surpass his opponents. More often than not, one would expect Goku and co. to pull through the fight. However, this is a different thing. Jiren is like Goku and he desperately wants to increase his powers. Adding to the crazy power of Jiren, there is Toppo, who is a candidate for the position of God of Destruction.
He will also be unleashing his true power in the upcoming episodes. This only increases the woes of the fighters of Universe 7. Universe 7 is in a pinch and it will be really difficult for them to win the Tournament. It also loks like that Android 17 will be knocked out by Toppo. Freeza was wrecked by Dyspo. The only two solid fighters from Universe 7 are Son Goku and Vegeta.
However, even their combined efforts of bringing down Jiren have failed and the Pride Trooper is yet to show off his power. I’m not exactly sure how Goku and co. will bring down two characters who are God of Destruction level. For now, it definitely looks like that Universe 7 is going to lose unless there is some plot armour to save them. That’s it from me.
Goku’s New Strategy Against Jiren – Revealed
Hey guys. Dragon Ball Super has been releasing one fiery episode after another. Both Dragon Ball Super episode 121 and 122 were outstanding. According to the sources on the internet, Dragon Ball Super episode 121 received higher ratings in Japan than Episode 122. It’s hard to choose a favorite to be honest. Anyway, we are here to talk about Dragon Ball Super episode 123. So, there will be spoilers ahead and you should proceed at your own risk. Now that we have got it out of the way, let’s begin. Dragon Ball Super 122 hyped up fans for next episode, which is episode 123. We saw Vegeta vs Jiren finally.
It wasn’t the best fight, however, the fight had several moments that were enough to bring goosebumps. Vegeta was beaten in the end, and it looks like that Jiren’s attacks proved to be the catalyst for Vegeta to awaken the new form of Super Saiyan Blue. There has been no official confirmation regarding the name of the transformation. However many fans have called it a combination of the Ultra Instinct and the Super Saiyan Blue. Again as I already said that there is no confirmation about the power yet. Moving on to the topic at hand.
Vegeta was beaten up pretty badly by Jiren in the end, and he will definitely be out for some time. In DBS episode 123, Goku will be going up against Jiren in order to try his luck and it looks like that Goku has actually got a strategy to fight against Jiren. Goku will be using Instant Transmission with the combination of Ki attacks in order to distract Jiren. All of this is to confuse Jiren. However, the outcome of this tactic is not yet confirmed. This is according to the preview of FujiTV for Dragon Ball Super episode 123.
The translation was done by @KenXyro, who remains one of the most reliable sources of information. It will be interesting to see how it spans out eventually. Will we finally see Jiren’s weakness? Personally speaking, I think that Gokū is going to end up getting beaten. You might have read the spoilers for Dragon Ball Super 123, in the episode Jiren will be increasing his power even further.
