Hey guys. Akira Toriyama has been building the Dragon Ball franchise over several years. Beerus’ introduction in Dragon Ball Super was important to the series. They introduced Beerus’ Super Saiyan God prophecy, but fans don’t know everything about the dream like they thought.
Akira Toriyama just confirmed that the man in Beerus’ prophecy isn’t the person that fans originally suspected he would be. In a recent interview with Saikyo Jump, Akira Toriyama talked about the ‘legendary Super Saiyan’ who was feared by Freiza. Akira Toriyama said the man is actually the same person who appeared as Super Saiyan God to Beerus in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods.
“In a certain sense, they are the same person. That is to say, very long ago, before Planet Vegeta was the Saiyans’ planet, there was a man named Yamoshi who had a righteous heart despite being a Saiyan.”
Toriyama also revealed that Yamoshi was actually the first person who was able to reach the Super Saiyan level. After that, his spirit carried on to find someone who would be worthy enough of being a Super Saiyan God. Toriyama further added, “This was only the beginning of his legend. Afterwards, Yamoshi’s spirit wandered in continuous search of six righteous-hearted Saiyans, seeking a new savior: Super Saiyan God.” In the interview, he was also questioned about why Beerus had to go and search for a Super Saiyan God of his own. To this Toriyama replied that “Beerus probably picked up on information about Yamoshi’s spirit in his prophetic dream.” In the end, as we all know that Gokū was indeed strong enough to attain the level of Super Saiyan God.
It was Yamoshi’s latent spirit that triggered Beerus’ interest, and Gokū became the legendary Saiyan’s successor by conquering the godly transformation. However, he did need a little bit of help from his friends.
This week Dragon Ball Super will be returning with plenty of excitement. According to the preview, Universe 7 will be attacked by some mysterious warriors from Universe 4.
In Dragon Ball Super’s latest episode we saw the elimination of two more universes from the Tournament of Power. Universe 7 is currently the most tired universe as they are responsible for the most eliminations in the Tournament of Power. So, this might be a good time for the other universes to attack them and eliminate their fighters in order to ensure the survival of their own universe.
How Can All The Erased Universes Be Revived Without Angering Zeno?— Explained
Hey guys. As we saw in Dragon Ball Super Episode 119, that two more Universes kicked the bucket. Universe 2 and Universe 6 have been erased after losing all of their fighters. Ever since the beginning of the Tournament of Power, there were speculations that the Super Dragon Balls would be used to bring back. However, with the speculation of revival, there was also the speculation of Zeno getting mad at the revival of the Universes.
A new theory has appeared in Reddit, which tackles this problem. So, today I’m going to analyze this theory. Let’s begin. First and foremost, one thing is different about Dragon Ball Super than its predecessors and that is the continuity between the arcs. Secondly, the new characters have interesting designs as well as quite intriguing backgrounds. So, it’s very likely that their erasure is temporary and these erased universes will come back. But how?
The super dragon balls are the obvious answer.
However, as we know that Zeno held the whole tournament because there were too many universes, resurrecting the universes would mean going against his wishes. So, how can they effectively use the Dragon Balls without angering Zeno? There has been a suggestion of merging all the Universes with Universe 7. The writer of this theory disagrees with this particular suggestion. Merging universes would cause a lot of confusion. Not only among the people living but also among the Gods. It would be mean that only the God of Universe 7 will remain.
