Budduck wonders how Lon knows about the weapon that King Vearn would wield. Lon reveals that he is the one who made that weapon. King Veran tells the Hero Party that his weapon is called the Staff of Edacity and reveals that they are both wielding the weapons made by Lon Beruk.
He believes that there will be one winner, and their strength will decide the fight. Dai thinks that King Vearn is lying, and Lon would never make a weapon for Dark Army. King Vearn reveals that Lon is a Darkling, and he is the one that has to be surprised that Lon made weapons for humans, and it must not be a surprise to Dai that Lon made a weapon for Dark King. At the Roray Castle, Lon told Badduck and the other that he made several weapons like Dark Armour Swor for Dark King Vearn in the past.

Lon reveals that in those several weapons, Vearn chose the Staff of Edacits as his weapon. He explained how dangerous that weapon is and how it worked, and only the owner of it could wield it. When King Vearn wields it using his magic power, it becomes the greatest and destructive weapon. At the battlefield, Vearn told Dai to watch Lon’s greatest masterpiece. That weapon consumed magic within King Vearn’s body, but Dai decided to attack. They clashed their weapons, and the incredible Sword of Dai broke into half; Dai landed on the ground with a piece of his blade.
King Vearn thinks that Dai has lost the will to fight, but he is glad that they did something that no one has ever done in the past. He knows that no one will ever survive this long when the fight with him, but Dai is exceptional. King Veran told Dai that he could be proud when he sent him to the afterlife. Popp notices that Dai is shocked and shouts at him while warning him to move since King Vearn is about to cut his head. King Vearn uses the Calamitous Wall against Dai, who is on the ground.
Hyunckle and Crocodine block the attack, and Dai’s mind comes back. Crocodine tells Hyunckle that his life belongs to Dai and the Hero Party. Dai notices that the two are at the brink of death and are sacrificing themself to save him. Hyunckle reveals that if they have to die, he will be glad to die here. The attack blasts them away, and King Vern reveals that no one can stop it. Popp accepts that they are dead, but something strange happens. Hadlar comes back and cuts the ground to save the hero.
