In just a couple of weeks, the Dragon Ball Super Broly movie will finally be released in Japanese theaters. Other countries might have to wait in order to see the movie, but needless to say, the Broly hype is here. In order to hype the fans more, a new video (not sort of a trailer, but an MV) was posted by the official Dragon Ball Super Twitter account.
The trailer was released recently to showcase one of the most pleasant things in the movie: its catchy soundtrack. “Blizzard” by Daichi Miura is the official soundtrack of the movie. It was first heard when the second promotional video for Dragon Ball Super Broly was released. Because of the good reception, the soundtrack was given a music video. Here’s the official video if you haven’t seen it yet.
There are all-new footages included in the video, among them is Goku’s arrival on Earth using the space pod from Frieza’s army. There is also a still for Bulma wearing her winter gear. A new footage of Vegeta and Broly’s fight is also included. The eye-candy for this video is Vegeta’s prolonged version of Super Saiyan Red ascending into the sky while Broly is watching him. The fight will be problematic for Earth because it was shown in the movie that the Saiyans’ energy will make the north pole melt.
It is unclear what would happen to Broly after the movie. One possibility is that he would be adopted by Whis and train him as the next God of Destruction. But who knows, maybe he can be the next of Beerus’ sparring partner. Dragon Ball Super Broly will be aired on December 14, 2018, in Japan and on January 2019 in the other parts of the world. There was a pre-screening earlier this month. A lot of spoilers were out on the internet, so watch out if you don’t want to be spoiled.
