What happened in the previous episodes?
Considering we’re not having any more DC’s Legends of Tomorrow until January next year, we prepared a recap of the past episodes for you. Bear in mind that our heroes are traveling in time, and they’re crash-landing in the mid-twentieth century. Firstly, Bishop constructs his own Waverider in 2214 Vancouver using blueprints from his Gideon. He and his Ava clone aide become Time Masters, go to 1925, and destroy the Legends’ Waverider. Despite Gideon’s advice, then use Ava clone technology to make robot replacements to fix the subsequent aberrations. Gideon ejects the Ava clone into the timestream and makes a Bishop robot to live out his life so he can keep hunting the Legends, but he becomes hesitant after learning of his future tale and the Legends’ participation in it.
The time machine constantly malfunctions.
Elsewhere, Davies’ time machine malfunctions, so Astra and Spooner assist Sara and Ava in expressing their displeasure. Nate chooses to take up residence in the totem, while Gary and Gideon connect over their human experiences. Davies explains to Zari that he invented the time machine to save his lost love Alun. And his comrades from World War I. Behrad discovers they are at Chernobyl on the day of the meltdown in 1986. Davies issues an evacuation alarm, which notifies Bishop’s Gideon. The Legends rebuild the machine and go. But Bishop, who had escaped the Waverider, enters at the last moment and joins them.
