DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 7 Episode 5 Recap
Titled “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad Scientist”, this chapter was written by Andrew Kasch. Additionally, the episode was directed by Mark Bruner and Paiman Kalayeh. And it aired on November 10, 2021, at the usual time slot for this program on the CW network. Firstly, When Sara’s crew arrives in New York, they find that one component of Davies’ time travel device is missing. Gary discovers it, but it is taken away by Thomas Edison, who fires Davies and steals his blueprints. Nate recommends that Zari go into the house where she and Nate can cohabit, but Zari prefers that they live in the totem. They discover that the Hoover robot was dispatched to replace the original and exterminate the Legends. Behrad turns on the machine, but it erases Ava and Gary.
Davies offers to assist Sara in exchange for her assistance in retrieving his loved one. Zari reprograms Hoover to get Davies’ plans back, but he explodes, causing Edison to have a heart attack. Thus the second Waverider brings them both new robots. Davies turns on the machine, reviving Ava and Gary. Astra’s crew almost makes it to New York with Erwin George Baker’s assistance. But the automobile is stolen, so Astra short-circuits the whole city to stop the machine. They rejoin Sara’s party and successfully time travel using a chip from the Hoover robot, but they arrive in an unknown location and time.
When the Legends and Gwyn (played by Matt Ryan) eventually go back in time, the time machine malfunctions, leaving them stuck in a lovely forest with no clue when or where they are. When Nate (played by Nick Zano) notices Sara (played by Caity Lotz) and Ava (played by Jes Macallan) are visibly worried. He takes over and assigns everyone duties to set up camp in order to keep everyone engaged. Meanwhile, unknown to the Legends, somebody is attempting to eradicate the anomalies that continue to appear, perhaps causing larger ripples across history.
