Daredevil Season 3: October Release Date Confirmed, And More

Daredevil’s back! And he looks bloodier than before, I mean The Defenders did drop an entire building on him. It’s been a long wait indeed. For Season 3 of Daredevil, Netflix has confirmed an official premiere date. Fans of the show Daredevil must be having a gala time since it’s been just a week after the cryptic teaser (Darkness only responds to Darkness) came out. It shows Matt Murdock in a confession, wanting to avenge, he signs off by saying that he’d rather die a monster than live as Matt Murdock. Murdock, as we know, has conflicts with Catholicism.

Now back to hot news for today. Netflix earlier today confirmed that Daredevil would premiere this October, 19th October to be precise. Matt Murdock played by Charlie Cox looks battered than ever, but he’s willing to fight out the scum in his city to the extent of giving his life for the same. The cryptic teaser also tells us that Matt Murdock is parting ways with Catholicism. Or not. We’ll see.

Daredevil Season 3: New Poster
There’s a new poster too! It’s all in red. It supposed to show the city in some kind of glooming despair, Matt open-armed, the lines in bold say “DO NOT FEAR THE DARK, BECOME IT.” This poster was released on September 20th on the official account of Marvel Entertainment.

Daredevil Season 3: Cast

Series regulars will obviously be seen.
Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/ Daredevil. In the show, Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page) and Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson) will not return. Elodie Yung’s Elektra’s fate remains hanging in the air. Wilson Fisk will obviously come back, and so is Wilson Bethel. Bethel will see himself in the middle of the clash between Daredevil and Kingpin. New additions include Jay Ali as Rahul ‘Ray’ Nadeem, described by Marvel as ‘honest but ambitious” FBI agent. He will do whatever it takes for his family.

Let’s all wait patiently for October the 19th now. More as we have it.
