Putting Anson Wixx, the lawyer who has launched a class-action lawsuit against the Crime Lab on behalf of hundreds of “wrongfully convicted” inmates, as the mastermind seems very apparent. When Kline became yet another victim in the campaign to tarnish the lab’s image. Maxine opted to include Nora in the loop instead of working around her. All things considered, Nora tolerated Gil and Sara’s deception in order to get access to her files. She was also astute enough to see that the evidence against Hodges was unraveling and that someone was framing him. Nora also saw no value in re-releasing all of those offenders based on contrived technicalities. Nonetheless, she demanded evidence rather than a collection of fanciful hypotheses.

CSI: Vegas season 1 episode 7 spoilers
While Joshua Folsom and Allie Rajan are probing a bit of a nightmare show — homicides at a bozo hotel! — colleagues back at the Crime Lab are living their own nightmare: lockdown, maybe with the primary suspect in the seasons-long evidence tampering case in their midst. When investigators trackback chemicals used to clean up part of the crime scene of Martin Kline’s murder — he was working with someone — to Chris Park (Jay Lee), they initially put the blame in his direction. In addition, he stole all of the grenades in the lab without signing them out. However, one of them was not used to murder Kline, and those chemicals were stolen from him at a crime scene. In reality, it all comes back to Anson Wix (Jamie McShane), the lawyer in charge of the class action. They recognize the stands to profit handsomely from the lawsuit.
CSI: Vegas season 1 episode 6 recap
Folsom and Rajan received a call reporting the death of a female clown at the Funhouse Motel. Her neck had been sliced and stitched shut with shoelaces, but there was no blood, and an origami token had been placed on the corpse. They suspected her lover was the murderer. After that, they searched the room where she had bled out for evidence. They discovered odd orange dust on her body and in her chamber. The CSIs disbanded, and Rajan discovered another killed clown body—it was the boyfriend. They needed a fresh suspect now. A drug addict couple was witnessed obtaining narcotics from an ice cream truck at the clown-themed motel.
They soon discovered a storage room, which showed more orange dust and a half-dozen origami tokens destined for future victims. Tom, a hotel employee, was particularly weird and was suspected until fingerprints were run to uncover the prints of a serial murderer, Jeremiah Dalt. The individual was supposed to be freed, awaiting the outcome of the Hodges case. Folsom and Rajan were required to visit the institution. Dalt embarked on a killing spree, severing the necks of couples.
A revelation led them to the conclusion that the murderer was compelled to finish the actions since tears were discovered on the faces of the deceased clowns, but the angle was from someone standing over them. It’s time to test DNA on tears. The evidence led them back to Seymour Finch, the proprietor of the hotel. Dalt sent him menacing letters threatening to destroy the guy’s family if he was acquitted, leading the man to conduct his heinous crimes.
The Luminol Leak
Roby told Detective Cross that he had been surreptitiously letting Grissom and Sidle to investigate the boundaries of Hodges’ investigation. She began to see the facts that dispelled her doubts and pledged to assist, but only under certain circumstances. The team soon discovered that their proof… The lab was missing seven grenades. They had to extinguish the suspect. Roby deduced through a careful examination of the surveillance film which the suspect was… it was Chris Park, but not as a thief. He took the explosives outside of the procedure to put them through their paces. Grissom and Sidle were challenged by Park as the luminol leak!
They discovered that Park had misplaced a vial of luminol at a crime scene. Grissom and Sidle investigated Park’s case further and discovered evidence suggesting their suspect may be Anson Wixx, the attorney who represents all cases that would be reversed if Hodges is found guilty. The team felt his motivation was the large sum of money he would get in representation fees. They also accused him of tying up loose ends in the death of Martin Kline and suffering injuries from shrapnel pieces in the bombing.
