It looks like our characters will be coming across a lot of tough choices in Call the Midwife Season 11 Episode 7. The previous episode saw Sister Monica get a fear that someone might be about to die after a bird entered the Nonnatus House, which was a bad omen, according to her. However, the others believed she was just overthinking it, and it was nothing more than a bird getting lost and entering the house.
On the other hand, Nurse Lucille was trying to keep her busy with work after returning back since she lost her child before birth. However, Shelagh thought it would be better to keep Lucille away from the maternity side of work for a while. Meanwhile, Shelagh had the tough task of getting a baby delivered in rather unsuitable conditions. Whereas Matthew found several hippies residing in one of his warehouses illegally and tried to get them out of there.
Meanwhile, Dr. Patrick set out on a mission to prepare a vaccination program to cure measles in the country. The period drama focusing on the old British era has been hugely popular since it first premiered on 15th January 2012. As of now, the show is currently airing the eleventh season, and the fans are loving it. However, they are now waiting to watch Call the Midwife Season 11 Episode 7. But first, let us find out what all happened in the previous episode.
Call the Midwife Season 11 Episode 6 Recap
Episode 6 of Call the Midwife Season 11 came out on 6th February 2022. The episode began with Nurse Lucille coming back to work after some days of leave. The midwives soon learned that they would have to put up extra visits daily in the absence of Nurse Franklin and Nurse Crane. Meanwhile, Sister Monica got scared when a raven entered the house and told everyone that it was a bad sign and someone was about to leave them. With this thought, she went to Miss Higgins and asked her if she could tell about someone who could help her read the signs of the spirits. Higgins gave her the address of a clairvoyant named Mrs. Greenhalgh, and she went there to meet her. However, Greenhalgh asked her to leave as she didn’t do those things anymore.
On the other hand, Matthew came across a group of hippies who were living in one of his warehouses. He asked them to leave soon and then came back again only to see that they were still there. Although, a young girl named Clover, who was pregnant, caught his eyes as he offered to help her since the warehouse was not an ideal condition to give birth to a baby. But she had decided to have a natural birth without any doctors. Meanwhile, Shelagh got Lucille transferred to Dr. Patrick’s clinic to help him out with his mission to vaccinate as many kids as possible for measles. Meanwhile, Sister Monica kept going to Mrs. Greenhalgh’s place and eventually started getting her to open with her.
Soon she learned that Mrs. Greenhalgh might have a type of skin cancer. Moreover, she reunited Greenhalgh with her son, and Greenhalgh eventually went ahead with the surgery. On the other side, Matthew went to provide some facilities to Clover and found her in pain. Thankfully, he got Shelagh there on time, and she helped Clover give birth to the baby. However, the baby girl was born with a rare condition that could endanger her life, so they took her to the hospital. However, the baby seemed to do fine. Whereas, Lucille finally shared her pain and grief with her husband Cyril and set her emotions free. In the end, Mrs. Greenhalgh talked to her spirit guides and told Sister Monica that someone was indeed going to die in the Nonnatus House.
