BTS has been the most respectful and polite idol group out there. But they too had their moments which has given many hilarious memories to the whole fandom. As public figures, every K-Pop idol needs to abide by some strict rules. It controls almost every aspect of their life and thus that makes them closed. But at the end of the day, everyone is human so they end up not giving a sh*t about any of the rules out there.
There have been many aspects in which BTS’s members have broken many rules of their company unintentionally and intentionally. Whenever they did something opposite of what the company’s policies say the whole fandom supported them with their everything. And that’s what makes their bound so adorable and powerful at the same time.
Jinhit Entertainment comes alive every time a member goes against the rules and boldly does what they really want to. The instance has been rare but never zero. Here is a compilation of all those moments when BTS gave out some really really adorable and hilarious content to ARMYs.
“No Swearing on Camera – Jungkook Did It Intentionally
No swearing on camera has been one of the major rules for all the K-Pop idols out there. But it has been broken many times by them and especially by BTS.
The maknae of the group has never sworn on camera but when he did the whole fandom went nuts. We saw him swearing in English saying “Oh man, holy sh*t”, and after this Jin was choking on his wasabi like crazy.
Since then, it has been an iconic line used by every ARMY out there.
“Big Hit Copyright Infringement” – Jhope Playing Fan made Lyric Video
The entire internet was blown out when Jhope accidentally played a fan-made lyric video. This hilarious incident happened on January 28, when he went on Naver’s V Live with the title “BTS Live: Hope World”. He played his solo song “1 Verse” in the background but fans were quick to spot the iconic detail.
The background sound was coming from his computer and when he turned the camera to his computer screen, fans were surprised to see a fan-made lyric video playing on YouTube. This incident created a huge buzz on the internet as Big Hit is really serious and strict with any copyright infringement issues.
But with their own artist doing the same, things took a very hilarious turn.
“No Own Styling” – Jin Cutting His Own Hair
The agency has a rule which says big NO to self-styling. But Jin never gave a crap about it and took the kitchen scissors to chop his bangs down. This happened back in 2018 when the BTS eldest member posted a video with the caption “my bangs” on Twitter in which he was seen holding kitchen scissors and chopping down his hair.
He continued cutting off chunks of his hair in front of his hair while holding his mobile phone in the other hand. After the video was uploaded ARMYs out there went wild as this was yet another rule broken by the members. And the most interesting part about this was that Jin rocked this new self-given look too. Well, he is called Worldwide Handsome for a reason.
“Security Policies” – Jimin Screenshotting BTS’s Save Me Webtoon
Jimin is not a very frequent rule-breaker of the group but that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t do that at all. The security policies of the company are quite strict when it comes to sharing any of the artist’s or company’s content illegally. But this didn’t stop Jimin from showing his undying love for BTS.
The internet was in hassle when he posted a screenshot of BTS’s Save Me webtoon on Twitter. It was very illegal but fans out there approved it widely because Jimin is cute and everything he does is absolutely okay.
The next thing he did was add BTS’s name to the list. This incident happened when BTS took “The Booth” where they voted for nominees for the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
They choose their favorite names for different categories. But when it came to “Best Social Star” they wanted to choose BTS but RM interrupted saying that “We are not social stars”. They were not on the nomination list.
Though, was it enough to stop Jimin? No. The rebel inside him came to life at full speed and he added BTS to the list while adorably saying, “BTS. Okay”.
“No Spoilers” – Jin Spoiling IDOL Comeback
When it comes to spoilers, Jin has always been in front. Intentionally or unintentionally, he has always dropped down some hints which have always put the internet in huge buzz mode.
There was this time when BTS came live together on May 11, 2020, to discuss the new album. In the middle of live Jin asked about the release date of the album while saying, “The album will be released in October, right”. And many fans out there caught this very quickly as they were on the constant lookout for some kind of spoiler.
The whole Twitter went wild with millions of tweets about the same. Just one line from him and it was enough to put everyone fumbling with their brains.
The next time was when he posted a question on Twitter, “Tigers are even stronger in water. So, who would win if tigers come in and fight with sharks?” Though it looked like a simple innocent question, in reality, it was a sneaky hint for their hit song “IDOL”.
“No Alcohol During Broadcast” – Jin Didn’t Care
Jin has always been the rule breaker of the era. Fans call it “Jinhit Entertainment” whenever a member breaks some rules because Jin doesn’t care what people say or what the company states. He does what he wants and that’s what makes him the most lovable one out there.
There have been many incidents regarding his boldness and courageous acts and one of them was when he was doing a Vlive and in the middle of the same, he started talking about alcohol.
Though, when the staff interrupted him by saying that he is not allowed to drink alcohol on camera, he just got up and brought a drink and drank boldly on the camera. If that doesn’t explain him then we don’t know what will. This man has always lived by his rules and we love him for the same.
“No Unofficial Posting” – Taekook Said Yes
ARMYs were going wild the day V and Jungkook posted their drunken adventure on Twitter. It was back in the year 2014 when BTS was in the early stage of its music career. Reaching the official age limit for drinking V along with other band members went out for some drinks and the fun began.
After having a joyous night full of adventures V twitted on September 18, 2014, asking the fandom if they were awake. More spice was added later when he shared a picture of himself walking down the streets with other members. He also posted a selca with Jungkook in the frame. He then posted the picture of the stairs and then a shaky picture of himself when he arrived back home.
All in all, it was some true drunken adventure.
“No Self Dying” – Jin Slay His Purple-Hair Look
Hair dying has always been done professionally but the eldest of BTS never cared about any of that. He took matters into his own hands, grabbed a purple hair dye, and dyed his hair a day before the group’s Osaka concert. Well, BooHoo the whole internet went wild when he posted a picture of him with dye in his hair.
Though he captioned the picture saying, “I self-dyed my hair but failed”, in reality, it was anything but a failure. The uneven purple dye in his hair made millions of ARMYs out there lose their mind over him. He looked completely ethereal and brilliantly handsome.
“No Drinking During Vlives” – Jungkook Brought a Whole Bottle
Drinking during a live broadcast is a NO for all the idols out there. Though, Jungkook broke this rule effortlessly when he appeared live with ARMY holding a whole bottle of wine. His drunk side left all the viewers cooing on his adorable habits.
In his drunken state, he shared lots of his adorable habits with all the viewers out there. And everything about it made everyone fall in love with this cute boy more and more.
Due to him drinking the wine, the drink got stocked out within a day after the broadcast. The wine imported from Marche; Italy got marked completely solute out in Korea. Of course, BTS’s golden maknae has always had these magical effects on everyone out there.
