Boruto Naruto Next Generations Episode 79 is going to air tomorrow, and fans can barely contain their excitement. The show has been getting good lately, and I think it’ll be even better as we move towards the climax of the arc. That won’t be happening anytime soon though as the Mitsuki arc is going to go on for about 4-5 episodes at the very least. I’m especially hyped for tomorrow’s Boruto Episode because it marks the return of Hiroyuki Yamashita to the core staff.

Boruto Episode 79

Yamashita was CAD in Boruto, up to Episode 66. However, he stepped down because he felt that his talents were being wasted and he could provide a lot more to the show as an Animation Supervisor or Key Animator. Hiroyuki Yamashita will be the Animation Supervisor for Boruto Episode 79, and I think that he will do some key animation tomorrow as well. The anime will be focusing on Kokuyou’s fight against Boruto, Sarada, and Shikadai for now.

Boruto Episode 79 Spoilers

Kokuyou looks as if he’s exceptionally strong. In Boruto Episode 78, he managed to defeat a huge number of Shinobi all by himself. He’s very adept at fighting and uses some weird Earth Style Jutsu. Boruto, Sarada and Shikadai have quite a task at their hands, and it definitely won’t be easy for them to deal with a ninja of that Calibre.

According to the spoilers, someone will turn up to help these ninja against Kokuyou, and we don’t know who that is yet. I’m willing to put my money on either an Earth Shinobi or maybe Konohamaru or Mirai. Once they deal with Kokuyou, they’ll be moving forward and getting closer to Mitsuki, who is continuing on his path to Ku, along with Seikiei. Boruto Episode 79 will probably be one of the better episodes of this arc that has seen its ups and downs. Let’s hope it doesn’t disappoint.
