Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 219 reveals Kawaki’s arrival in a dimensional world after realizing that Lord Seventh’s Chakra is depleting. Isshiki managed to pin down Lord Seventh after he lost his Baryon Mode. Sasuke warns Kawaki to run away, but Kawaki returns to save Lord Seventh. Kawaki vs. Isshiki begins with Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 219, where Kawaki uses Fire Technique to blast Isshiki, who managed to glad him. Isshiki wonders if Kawaki thinks he is a Shinobi. Kawaki replies that Lord Seventh took him in as a student, and he told him that he has something that makes him a Shinobi.
Isshiki replies that will never happen since Kawaki is a suitable candidate for his vessel. Kawaki adds that Naruto gave him a reason to live, and he was empty. Isshiki grabs Kawaki in a rear neck choke and implants another Karma. But his life begins to vanish, and he comments that he does not worry since he has implanted another one. Kawaki’s Karma also begins to vanish and ask vanishing Isshiki about the seconds left for him to die. Isshiki wonders what Kawaki has done, and his implantation has failed. Isshiki collapsed since his hand broke, and his whole body was getting destroyed into pieces.
He wonders why since he knows that he implated a Karma into him. When he looks at the hill, he sees another version of Kawaki and gets surprised. The real one confirms that it was a Shadow Clone Jutsu. Isshiki can’t believe that he got fooled. Naruto is impressed that Kawaki perfected the Shadow Clone Jutsu. Kawaki told Isshiki that it didn’t matter since he was about to die no matter what he said. He jumps from above and stomps Isshiki on his head.

Isshiki turns into a speck of dust and ultimately vanishes. Kawaki confronts Lord Seventh to check if he is okay. Naruto complements Kawaki for unleashing Shadow Clone Jutsu. Kawaki replies that he worked hard. Sasuke joins them and asks about Baryon Mode. When Naruto wants to reveal something, Sasuke gets stabbed on his left Rinengan eye by Boruto, who has turned into Momoshiki’s vessel.
Momoshiki’s voice comments that they never thought that they would defeat Isshiki. Kawaki realizes that he knows that voice. Momoshiki told them that he had blocked Transportation Ninjutsu and no one would escape. Naruto can’t believe that it has to be like this. Momoshiki replies that he appears for the second time. Momoshiki adds that Kawaki is free, and Otsutski’s soul has been thoroughly extinguished.
Kawaki told Boruto not to get controlled by Momoshiki. Kawaki decided to punish Boruto, but Momoshiki beat him and stabbed him back. Momoshiki comments that the extractions have progressed. Sasuke arrives and kicks Momoshiki away. Momoshiki explained about the Karma vanishing and the Otsutsuki data that was extracted. He also talked about sacrificing himself to cultivate the Divine Tree. But that will happen when he finds Ten-Tails that Isshiki hid somewhere.
Momoshiki also said that he would feed Kawaki to Ten-Tails and claims its fruit. Sasuke uses his blade, combining it with Chidori and uses them against Momoshiki. Momoshiki jumps away and asks Sasuke if he intends to kill his favorite student. He defeated the two, but Boruto wakes up and begins to stop Momoshiki. Boruto cut his horn and collapse while the Karma vanishes. Naruto is glad that Boruto managed to defeat Momoshiki. Sasuke confronts Naruto and realizes that the war is over, but he is surprised that Naruto is not waking up.
