Boruto manga has been the complete opposite of the Boruto anime lately, and If you’ve been reading it, you probably know what I’m talking about. While the anime is struggling to produce decent content, the manga has been knocking it out of the park with every chapter. I have to say, Ukyo Kodachi’s writing is very good, and his time with Masashi Kishimoto has taught him a lot.
Ikemoto’s art is also improving with each passing chapter. If you re-read Boruto, you’ll see that there are considerable impressions made to the art as well. I just wish the manga ran Weekly, or at least bi-monthly. It may be selfish on my part, but I absolutely love the Boruto manga, and I’d like to have more stuff to read. As I explained earlier, last week’s chapter was fantastic. Now we’ll talk about Boruto Chapter 28.
A quick warning for you all, if you don’t want to be spoiled, I suggest that you stop reading the post here. If spoilers don’t bother you, we can get started. According to the spoilers for Boruto Chapter 28, the focus is going to be on Kawaki and Naruto this time. After Kawaki told Boruto that he wants his help in getting rid of the Karma, Boruto refused to help because he broke Himawari’s vase.
Kawaki promised to replace it, but Naruto realized that he doesn’t have any money to pull that off. So, Naruto took Kawaki with him, to show him something. That’s what the next chapter is going to be all about. I think Naruto will probably show him that powers can be conquered. So, a glimpse of his own rough times would tell Kawaki that he can master the Karma as well. I think from this point on; Naruto will take on the responsibility of training Kawaki, and figuring out what his Karma actually does.
Boruto Chapter 28 will be back in Weekly Shounen Jump Issue 47. It will be out officially on October 22, 2018. You can expect the spoilers to be out on 18 October, while the scans will likely come out on October 19. Please support the official release.
