Yes! Finally, after waiting for nearly a year, The Indian version of PUBG mobile-Battlegrounds Mobile India, or in short called BGMI’s early access, has now opened, and players all are excited to see the BGMI Release Date, or The PUBG mobile India’s release date. Today we will be looking at everything you need to know about this upcoming Battleroyal game specially catered for India. It was back on 2nd September 2020 when the Indian government banned the game for privacy concerns. This was also the result of the rising tension between India and China, thus apps that were backed by Chinese investors were banned in India, unfortunately, this included Pubg Mobile.
Since the ban, there were various rumors rise claiming that PUBG Mobile will become the Indian version soon, and all these leaks and rumors finally come to an end when the beta version of BGMI was released under the South Korean company Krafton, instead of Chinese company Tencent Games when the game was known as PUBGM in India, on Thursday through Play Store. Yes, the beta version of the game has only released for Android, and we don’t know when will be BGMI Beta will be released for IOS.
But unfortunately, many weren’t able to get into the beta program since the beta invitation was limited. What’s good news is that Krafton has confirmed it will allow more players into the beta version of the game, but the date hasn’t been specified. While it is possible to download BGMI Beta through third part ways, we would suggest you download only through the play store when the game is officially released.
BGMI: Is it possible to transfer data from Global PUBGM?
From the very first day when the rumors regarding PUBGM India arose, people were asking if it will be possible to transfer their data in PUBGM to BGMI, and to that, the answer is Yes. Players who log in using their Facebook or Twitter account will be asked if they will be interested to load their data from Global PUBGM to those agreeing, they will be able to transfer all the data from the Global PUBGM to BGMI.
This data will include their user id, all of their inventory, UC, and even their RP’s will be transferred. Players can transfer their data in PUBGM to BGMI within 31st December 2020. But do note that once transferring the data, the players won’t be able to transfer their data from BGMI to Global PUBGM.
BGMI Vs. PUBGM: What’s the difference?
While there aren’t huge gamers where the memes were making fun of before the beta release, Battlegrounds Mobile India does have small changes that can influence the game experience overall. The key difference that the players will notice is the green blood effects, with the only possibility to change the blood effect color to dark green and yellow. There is no Red color, unlike the one that was present in the Global PUBGM.
Other changes are the reminder for playing time and even playtime restrictions for underage users, along with the constant mentioning of the virtual training ground and also having no real-world similarities as the game is only a simulation. Another change many players will notice is the Finished indication instead of the Kills in PUBGM. After finishing enemies, they will vanish with leaves floating in the air. All other in-game contents like game modes, maps, and the royale pass, are the same as the global version, though many are saying that the UC prices are higher than the global PUBGM.
Battlegrounds Mobile India release date
Since the Battlegrounds Mobile India open beta is now available to download through Google Play Store for Android users, it’s quite natural to expect that the BGMI release date will soon. Rumors point out that the Battlegrounds Mobile India public version will be releasing on June 18th. But it doesn’t seem to be, as it is quite sure that the public version won’t be released just a day after releasing the Beta version.
Beta testing usually takes a few days before the public release. Maybe the leaks were pointing out towards the Beta release date of the game. It is also said that the Beta version will be until July 18th, so we can assume that the BGMI Release Date will be on July 18th instead of June 18th. This seems believable because the game is in beta, and it will take time before the public release. This time could be enough for the developers at Krafton to fix any bugs in the game too.
