Attack on Titan was supposed to air its 48th episode on October 1, 2018. However, the official website for the anime has confirmed that the new episode is not going to come out on October 1, but instead, it will air on October 7. The reason behind the delay is that due to news coverage of Typhoon Trami, the episode had to be moved. The third season of Attack on Titan airs on NHK General TV. The channel has displaced almost every show in order to provide updates on Typhoon Trami (also known as Typhoon #24).
Perfume, Non, AAA, AKB48, SKE48, Hey! Say! JUMP and a lot of other musical acts have also canceled their Sunday performances due to the typhoon. Attack on Titan wasn’t the only anime to be affected by it. The second session of the Last Hope anime’s Sunday event, Ms. vampire who lives in my neighborhood anime’s advance screening, and the My Sister, My Writer special were canceled as well.
Tokyo Disneyland also closed one hour early at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. Universal Studios Japan had closed entirely on Sunday, but it is going to run on regular hours on Monday. We hope that everyone is safe in Japan and there won’t be any casualties. This is a really bad time for all the people living in Japan. We should come together and support Japan.
The 48th episode is titled, “Bystander.” In this episode, we are going to find out what fate awaits Bertholt and Reiner. The Beast Titan is not going to sit and do nothing after all the events that took place. Levi has also got ahold of the serum from Kenny, who is dead.
The episode will air on October 7, 2018. The episode will be available on official sites such as Crunchyroll. However, it will also be available on some illegal sites. But, it is advised not to use them for the betterment of the community.
